It's on a quiet street but doesn't take too long to walk to restaurants. Be sure to text the property with your arrival time. The door is locked and it's not obvious how to get in. The rooms come with gas heaters and there is a fire place in the diningroom. The owners are very friendly. The hotel is perhaps more suited to those who are interested in mountaineering or trecking and Bruno, the owner, organises tours.
