Hôtel près de New Bilibid Prison, Manille, Manille

« Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working. »

« Good price »

« There were flies in the dining room, we requested candles to deter flies from coming. Also reported to front desk after we checked in. The food that are on display should be free from flies to avoid getting ill. »

« The entrance from the road (left side) may look like a drive thru but once getting into the lobby everything was very inviting. »

« The hallway in room fllor smells musky. I think the property has a mold problem. »

« Hotel is clean and orderly »

Personnel courtois .... »

« Good place for a short stay in Manila. The place is very convenient and the hotel staffs are very helpful. Near to the mall, restaurants and transportation. »
