Perfect Place for Families

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and it was perfect for our group. We traveled with small kids and the access to the river and being able to get off at the condo exit was the perfect amount of time for the little ones.

We were very happy with our cute condo. Location was perfect for us. We enjoyed floating the Comal, Schliterbaun and dining at local restaurants. Spent the last day relaxing at the pool . Was a nice time spent together

Can’t beat the location and ease of access. Condo was perfect for our group. Beds were a little hard but plenty of room and space for 7.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in on the Comal and we have been visiting for years. The condo is spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. Can’t beat it for the price. We’ll be back for sure.

Air conditioner did not work and limited parking made the stay pretty uncomfortable. Felt like more of a hassle than a getaway. There was no option for additional parking for a larger group and I was advised by the host to “google free parking around the area.” Also, shower water went cold fast.

Perfect Stay and Perfect Location

This property is directly across from Schlitterbahn and the river. The condo is clean and everyone felt safe. Only complaint is that we wished there was a little more/ comfortable seating in the living area. Other than that, perfect.

Great River Trip

We went to the river for my daughters 20th birthday. She has never been to the river before and that is what she wanted to do. My husband and I love this area. The location is awesome and close to all of the things you may want to do. The house was just as described. We had such a fun time!

Great location, easy river access. Loved the early check in option !! Cons: you do not have control of the AC, uncomfortable bed, extremely small kitchen(don’t plan on cooking something that requires counter space), lots of fines if you lose something (wrist band or damage tube), change fridge temp etc. Also don’t book from 3rd party you pay more money in fees, book directly through their website.

Perfect location - we walked all over town. Hardly used the car.

Clean, comfortable. No dishwasher soap - we loaded it but couldn't run w/o soap. Otherwise, very clean and organized!

Nice little place

This was a great place, and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the kitchen is not stocked very well as far as cooking utensils. There were no spatulas, one skillet that was in rough shape.. the kitchen definitely needs some upgrading. If you’re not traveling with kids and don’t plan on cooking like at all.. it’s perfect. If you plan on cooking bring a decent skillet and your own spatula. Also the master bath water pressure in the shower was pretty low. Over all it was pretty good

Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at this clean condo on the Comal River in New Braunfels and highly recommend it to others.Some of my favorite things: drinking coffee, reading the paper, having a drink and/or playing my guitar on the balcony, which has a view of the courtyard, the hot tub, and the pool; 5-minute walk to a free 30-minute tube ride where you use the private Camp Warnecke exit to get out; 10 to 15-minute walk to downtown and LIVE music!My daughter visited me one day, and the tube ride was so relaxing she has pictures of me falling asleep in the tube! I also brought some beers down to the hot tub and chatted with other Camp Warnecke visitors. Overall, the US Tico () loves New Braunfels and will be coming back!
