Great getaway!

This condo was beautifully furnished and located right on the Comal River. We thought we would be floating down the river but had so much fun jumping from the walls around the property that we never went floating! We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway!

Favorite so Far

We have been taking NB vacations every summer for years... and this is our favorite rental so far! The condo is spacious and comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. I absolutely loved the king bed (sooooo comfortable) and the A/C (it had no problem keeping the unit crisp and cold in the scorching heat). Julie was awesome to work with and the check in/out process could not have been easier. I hope this condo is available for our trip next year!!

Great location. Nicely furnished and decorated. No issues with anything in the condo or complex. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Although there is a coffee pot, a Keurig would be a nice addition for convenience.

This condo had absolutely everything you need for a river getaway. No shampoo, conditioner or soap??…no worries. This place has got it all covered down to the torch lighter and beach towels. The a/c was cold and couch comfy. The huuge tv in the secondary bedroom was a huge plus. Not to mention the clever decor. This is our new New Braunfels landing pad :). Thanks Julie!

The perfect getaway

My family and I decided to get out of the city for a quick Spring Break getaway. This condo was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and oh so comfy. There are two balconies that overlook the Comal River, and you can even watch some sweet deer snack on the grass below. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, there is yummy coffee provided, and for those nights you want to stay in, there are movies you can pop into the DVD player. We will definitely be coming back!!

Five Star all the way!

We've stayed at several other condos in this complex and this is by far the nicest. The decorating is lovely and so cozy and it was very well equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay. The owner Julie is wonderful to work with and quick to address any questions. It was a five star stay in every way and we will always choose this condo first on future visits. Highly recommend.

Amazing condo

This condo is everything you want! Two decks overlooking the Comal River and all the activity, but inside you do not hear the craziness! Perfect for a family. And I can say I have never had a more comfortable bed in a VRBO! Even my 17 year old commented on her bed! Grills are just across the parking lot which is super convenient. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

This property had great amenities and view. Plenty of restaurants being close to downtown new braunfels. We brought our own tubes and delivered kids upriver…upper 90’s but with the river no problem. Slept like a rock.

Very nicely decorated condo that was also clean and had many personal touches and amenities throughout (air pump for tubes was a great idea). So close to Schlitterbahn and tube rental pick up places right across the street, very convenient. Would definitely rent here again.

Location, location, location! Doesn’t get any better. The place is very clean and feels like a 2nd home. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The beds are very comfortable.
