Hôtel près de New Buffalo City Hall, New Buffalo, New Buffalo

« The place is charming. The manager was there is a flash when we needed batteries for the TV remote. »

« The entire staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, quiet and welcoming. The continental breakfast had a great variety and the food was delicious. The hotel location was very convenient to many places. I would not hesitate to stay there again! Great visit!! »

« For a night, not a bad deal. The room, two queens and a pullout, was spacious and was neatly arranged. Fridge was dirty in the first room, Ac had issues too but the staff had a secondary room ready and was, again a nice layout and neatly done. The staff was somewhat around at a later hour, did take a minute to find someone on a later check in, otherwise wasn’t bad service at all. Only marks are for the dirty fridge and AC, but far from the worst stay, good option. »

« Rooms could use a little refurbishment. »

« I had a pleasant stay at this rental property, which was in a very quiet location near the river that had a very old and rustic rotating swing bridge. The surrounding scenery made the stay enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The amenities inside the room were nice, well thought out, and very helpful, making it comfortable and convenient. However, the outdoor amenities could use some upgrades and improvements to make the property even more appealing. I stayed on the top floor and had...

« First time staying in a newer tower, did not like how far away the pool and fitness area where from the rooms. Room was great but needs a kitchen. I rented the panoramic room this time. Loved the water pressure coming out the shower head. Room is small but huge bed. Room was extra clean. Looks like while I was drying they where repacing the carpet in the casino area no big deal but a lot of machines offline »

« Personnel courtois. »
