Hôtel près de New Buffalo Pere Marquette Depot, New Buffalo, New Buffalo

« The place is charming. The manager was there is a flash when we needed batteries for the TV remote. »

« The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean with great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this location and will stay here again. »

« For a night, not a bad deal. The room, two queens and a pullout, was spacious and was neatly arranged. Fridge was dirty in the first room, Ac had issues too but the staff had a secondary room ready and was, again a nice layout and neatly done. The staff was somewhat around at a later hour, did take a minute to find someone on a later check in, otherwise wasn’t bad service at all. Only marks are for the dirty fridge and AC, but far from the worst stay, good option. »

« I had a pleasant stay at this rental property, which was in a very quiet location near the river that had a very old and rustic rotating swing bridge. The surrounding scenery made the stay enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The amenities inside the room were nice, well thought out, and very helpful, making it comfortable and convenient. However, the outdoor amenities could use some upgrades and improvements to make the property even more appealing. I stayed on the top floor and had...

« Overall the hotel portion of the casino is well maintained. Staff helpful and spot on. What surprised me was that I booked a “ smoking room “. I didn’t know that was still an option. Fortunately we were tired enough from our trip to / back from Chicago to not let it affect our ability to fall asleep. That said, the smoke smell was definitely obvious not just a hint of smoke. Make sure you know what you’re reserving. We had no issues with staff and condition of hotel. »

« Personnel courtois. »

« There was a bag over the fire alarm and I ask why? this is a fire Hazzard 🔥 He telling me he doesn't know why or how it got there and the maintain will be there to check it out. Long story short by time we can back which was late and we check in late no one check. The bag was still on there and the room had a bad smell. Great location bad hotel. »
