„John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. „The property is on the 3rd floor of a house but has its own private entry so it did not feel like you were staying above someone else. The house was in good condition however its outdated, the appliances where old and all of the interior doors did not close properly. The bathroom felt small and cramped but served its purpose.
