The living area is anchored by a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi means you can work remotely without skipping a beat. A ceiling fan and air conditioning make sure you're comfortable regardless of what the Louisiana weather is doing outside.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is furnished with a king bed dressed in soft linens and fitted with room-darkening shades - ideal for sleeping in after a late night on Frenchmen. Hangers, iron, and all the essentials are on hand to keep you settled and organized throughout your stay. Includes a sofa bed

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen means you're never locked into eating out if you'd rather not. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, and a coffee maker give you everything needed for a proper meal - or at minimum, a strong start to your morning with the coffee provided. Pull up a chair at the dining table and take your time.

Bathroom
The bathroom is fully stocked so you can travel light - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer are all provided, along with hot water and cleaning products.

This suite is a natural fit for festival seasons - Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Fest, NYE fireworks, NOLA ChristmasFest, Superdome events, and Saints games among them.

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless, and a private entrance ensures you come and go on your own terms. Exterior security cameras are in place at the backyard/garden, front of the building, and the atrium. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on site for your safety.
