This house was everything we were looking for and more! Check in was easy, communication with the owners was prompt, friendly and helpful. I cannot go on enough about the comfort and relaxing atmosphere of the property(bonus points for Norma the cat who loves evening snuggles on the back porch)!! 100% plan on booking this rental (if its available) for every trip we make to Amish country!!!

Fantastic place!

Property was clean and well decorated. It felt cozy and suited our group well. Plenty of space inside, and a great outdoor space to enjoy as well. The owners thought of everything and it showed — so many thoughtful details and finishing touches. Beds were a little firm for our liking, but not enough to prevent us from returning. We had a wonderful stay.

Birthday Weekend

This was our second time staying at Yellowbrick and once again we had an amazing time. The house snd property are very well maintained. We had a relaxing weekend celebrating my husbands birthday with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, we enjoyed using tbe firepit, grill, and hot tub. We enjoyed seeing the updated wedding venue barn next door that is a part of the property, since our last visit. The grounds and surrounding landscape is beautiful. The house is just a short drive to Berlin and the surrounding Amish country and all that it has to offer. We stopped at a couple local wineries and shops nearby. Thank You for sharing your lovely home with us, We truly enjoy this home.

Yellow brick on 39 was a dream

The property felt like it was straight out of a movie set. It was so incredibly comfortable and charming, the setting was just perfect for us. The amenities were spot on. But the thing that shined the most was the hospitality that Brenda provided. She went above and beyond to give us countless recommendations of what to do, and where to eat and just truly made us feel welcomed and at home. The was our first time using VRBO, and because of Brenda and Yellow Brick on 39 it’s a 10 out of 10 recommend. Best rental experience we’ve had hands down. Thank you again Brenda for the incredible stay!

A well appointed house

The decor is up to date and attention has been paid to necessities and comforts. It’s on a road with heavy truck traffic, so if you need a white noise machine for sleeping, it would be good to bring one with you. It was nice to have a big table for meals and enough seating in the living room for people to hang out together. It’s also good that there is a main level sleeping room in case someone in the party has mobility issues. We’ve stayed here multiple times and made some good memories here.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

The property, owner, and grounds were wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had. We had a group of 8 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. Words can't describe what a relaxing weekend we all had. We enjoyed an Amish buffet for lunch and spent a little time in Berlin browsing the shops. We cooked breakfast & dinner at the house and had everything we needed for both in the well stocked kitchen. The owner even provided some cold bottled water for us on arrival! This property is beautiful and the owner was amazing. A member of our group forgot their suitcase. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us so they could return to retrieve the suitcase from the home. Thank You for sharing your home with us, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home- perfect location.

This is our 25th year of an annual trip to Amish- this was our favorite rental so far! The house and gardens were beautiful- we enjoyed the firepit and hot tub in the evenings. The house was immaculate and had everything you could ever need- and all labeled so easy to find! We enjoyed dinner and music at Han's place- just a few miles away. Brenda was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. She even left us a gift due to construction next door- which was not a hindrance at all, we found the stonework interesting! We will definitely love to stay again!

Perfect Gathering Spot

There was nothing we needed that this place didn’t have. The fire pit and hot tub were a hit, as was the outdoor cat Norma who hung around. Nice decorating and spotless! One and ONLY small negative was that it’s on a busy road and noisy, but nothing that fans (provided) in the bedrooms couldn’t help to muffle.

The place was very perfect!

Everything was great perfect and beautiful. A personal preference of mine would be the pillows were a little too firm in the bedroom that we were in so we went out and bought a few pillows which I would’ve thought of asking that question prior but I probably could’ve just packed a pillow And the property was amazing. We truly enjoyed it as we were there for a wedding not far from the venue.

Simply beautiful

Hot tub was clean and enjoyable! Loved Norma the entire family loved her company and feeding her(: the house was something out of a better homes and garden magazine. Wonderful generational womens trip! The surrounding areas provided great experiences and food! From horseback riding to comfort food. The worlds largest coco o’clock is nearby as well as shops and wineries for days. Perfect place to escape to Amish country with your closest family members.

Great friends getaway

The house was clean and cozy and Brenda is a wonderful host. Was a great place for girls getaway and close to shopping. The only complaint is the highway 39 road noise and the floor creaking from being an old house. We had a great time and appreciated the special touches from Brenda located throughout the house!

Great experience

We loved our stay. Great house for gathering inside or outside. A comfortable combination of beautiful old farmhouse with fully updated and modern amenities. We spent a lot of time outside in the hot tub and around the fire while the kids played in spacious yard with lots of room to explore.

We ended up needing it a day early & we're able to get in last minute & I couldn't be more grateful! Do not pass up this property!

I can't begin to describe how perfect this property was for our group of 5. It is by far thr cleanest and best appointed property any of us have had the pleasure of staying at. Brenda was very responsive when we had a question and was very easy to communicate with. We will stay here again in the future!
