Great location and great view…the property is getting banged up a bit as we’ve noticed over the last couple years. Couch is dirty and unit was very musty smelling, first bathroom tub won’t drain. We love the location but don’t think we’ll return because the unit cleanliness was noticeably going down in our view/experince.

The Sea Coast property is amazing. We highly recommend the complex. The unit we rented is the reason for a 2 Star review. The unit is cluttered with stuff like decorations. In the showers there is no where to place soap, shampoo etc. the throw rugs are covered with stains and the main couch is disgustingly spotted. It’s as though the owner takes no pride in the rental. We would not recommend the unit to anyone.

We will definitely be back…soon!

We booked this property for our 35th anniversary and it exceeded all our expectations! We found it to be clean, spacious, extremely quiet, and well maintained. The view from the balcony (pictures don’t do it justice) made it a favorite hang-out and we highly recommend it for coffee and watching the sunrise. Every communication with the management was professional, helpful and courteous. We are looking forward to booking another trip in the near future…highly recommend!

Very Disappointing

Disappointed with condo. Worn furnishings and not the cleanliest rental. Unwashed floor rugs and almost empty soap dispensers and toilet tissue...No real access to the beach for a beach condo and should have noticed that there was no laundry facilities in the condo...who wants to have to go to outside facilities laundry on a beach vacation. Finally, our cable went out and when we called the office, they said that they could not address the problem over the weekend! Like I stated earlier, VERY DISSAPOINTED!Mary Anderson

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was super. The condo has everything you need to relax and unwind. Beautiful views right on the water!Side note… there is construction going on so access to the beach is currently through the neighboring condo association.

Perfect Gals Getaway Stay + Awesome Ocean Views !!!

Decor was cute and looked as expected from the VRBO posting. Comfy main area, updated kitchen, and ample seating for all 5 of us. :) The Ocean Views were terrific and we enjoyed them from up high until low tide and then we all hit the beach for a long walk and shell collecting. Terrific area restaurants close by, the locals ( even a week after hurricane flooding) were kind, gracious and happy to see visitors in the area - and we were very happy to be there! Would recommend this rental - two thumbs up.

Great location to the private beach

It was a great time. Had a minor issue with the fridge but was handled in no time. Would have been nice to have some beach towels. Didn’t want to use the regular bath towels. But it worked for just the two of us. All in all it was great. We were in New Smyrna two years ago right after the hurricane. Still nice but not many restaurants were open. This year we got to experience food and the atmosphere which was excellent.

Property was clean. Pool, breezeways were clean and very nice. Each employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and well organized. Suggestions to improve condo are instal ceiling fans in bedrooms for more air circulation. Need somewhere to hang wet bathing suits and pool/beach towels instead of chairs on balcony because then you have no where to sit. Maybe a pvc rack, I have seen those at other condos. Place some type of slip cover on couch and put curtains up on the windows to block sun to help with radiant heat. The windows have nothing covering them.

Breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views can’t be beat, and the location is wonderful as well. There are plenty of things to do and wonderful restaurants to explore and enjoy. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was very, very quiet. Extra touches such as boogie boards, an umbrella and beach chairs were provided and much appreciated! We had a wonderful time in the water and enjoying this beautiful beach along with this wonderful gem of a property!

Visiting a cousin on Smyrna Beach

We had a great time, swimming in the ocean and the swimming pools. Relaxing on the beach in the hot sun. It was easy to drive around the city and up and down the coast. There were lots of fine restaurants nearby.
