We rented the unit for the backyard and direct access to beach. When we arrived scaffolding and painters appeared in the backyard and all outside furniture was removed. No one told us about the building being painted during our stay. After complaining and being offered non-comparable substitute housing, we received a slight adjustment to rent. I would suggest that renters ensure all the building work has been completed before finalizing your stay (we heard it was an 8 month project).

The condo itself was totally fine and the location was very good. The reason for okay rating was due entirely to construction and panting. Our sliding glass doors to the water were covered with plastic and taped shut. With only one way out of the condo. Safety issue. The construction guys woke us up in the mornings and guys working by all the windows. We couldn’t hear the ocean or look out at the sea and we had people looking at us. Also a lot of the parking lot was blocked off. If I knew this I could have rented an inside room with no windows that was inland 20 miles. Waste of money. Having said all that. The condo was clean and the size was good. It also had everything you needed for a visit. Plenty of cookware and towels for example. Comfortable space and seating.

We were looking for a one level on the ground with great views and easy access to the beach and pool. We had my husbands mom who struggles to walk long distance. She was able to get to the beach with easy access. This is our third time coming. Will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beach condo.It was so nice to be able to enjoy all the ocean views and morning sunrises for the ground level condo. And also so nice to walk out the patio doors and immediately be steps to the beach and swimming pool.

Love the location!

We loved everything about our stay! The location can’t be beat, being only steps from the no-drive beach. The view was unbeatable with easy access to the pool and beach. Check in was simple, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were sad to leave, and we are already planning our next stay at our favorite beach!

Honestly, I am pretty critical when it comes to places we stay at. This was absolutely one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, super up-to-date, all of the finishes are top-notch in the unit, and we could not have asked for anything better. The property management company was extremely responsive, and if you just need a few days away at the beach, this is the unit to grab. Everything about this condo was breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back. My things go out to the owners for having such an amazing unit. You truly made it feel like it was our home for a few days we were with you.

Can’t beat the location!

Let me start off by saying I would not hesitate to stay here again but there were some things that could improve. The condo was very well stocked with towels, beach chairs and even children sand toys. Bedrooms had plenty of closet space, the two full baths were spacious and had plenty of storage and hooks for towels. The condo’s location was perfect for the beach and pool. The AC was adequate but never cool, the rugs in the living area and two of the bedroom have seen a better day. The one screen door was ripped which essentially made it impossible to keep open on the cool nights because the mosquitoes were awful. Finally, the master bedroom toilet would flush randomly. The management company was great and kept us informed of a water issue that impacted the entire development and of the construction that was taking place in the parking area. Being In the no drive zone is the perfect place for families. We rented cribs, high chairs and strollers from Sandy Andy (which was a recommendation from the management company) and they were great. The beach is spectacular. The restaurants in the area are fantastic and the location to Disney World made a day trip possible. We already are planning our next stay!

Best condo in the complex

It is beautiful, with a feeling of privacy because you're on the first floor and have a patio with chairs across the expanse of the LR/Dining room area overlooking the ocean. The little lawn between you and the pool and ocean continues that sense of privacy. The bedrooms are lovely--one even had a desk so our son could work half-time online during our stay. The master is spacious and has a big bathroom with glass shower. The kitchen has everything! Choice and number of dishes and cookware was the best I've had in a rental. We did cook or bring in take-out most nights and there was plenty of room for us to move around in.Stairs with a ramp take you down to the beach and it has soft sand and hard packed sand closer to the water. We took beach chairs down and hung out when weather allowed. There were warm throws to use when the weather was chilly in the evening.It's private, comfortable and well equipped for any length stay.

Wonderful unit and convenient for elderly!

Beautiful location, view, and being on the first floor was so convenient! Pool and beach access from this unit was the best! The morning sun hit just right for sitting outside! This unit has everything you need for eating in and there are several good restaurants close by! DG Market was only a couple blocks away and Publix and drugstores were close by too. Drive on beach was only about 3 blocks away which was nice. The Sunrise staff were great, so friendly and helpful. It was easy for my mom to walk to with a walker and the showers were great for her with safety bars, handheld sprayers, and one had a seat. We would definitely rent this unit again!

A beach condo fantasy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Room 109! Super close to amenities, the room was VERY well stocked with towels and supplies, including a fully stocked kitchen which made our vacation super easy. The condo is beautiful with a lot of outside space and plenty of room indoors. It was a bit chilly while we were there so it was also nice to have a comfy living room with big TV. Hoping to stay at Room 109 again!

NSB...right on ocean!

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. There were five of us and it was set up perfectly for our group. Mom had her own quartets with a huge bedroom and bathroom. We were happily surprised at how close and convenient the condo is to both the ocean and the pool. Beach is incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

My husband and I needed to find a one level condo that was on the beach for his mom, her best friend, and his aunt and uncle. This was the perfect place! No stairs, spacious, great views and a short walk to the beach. We were able to get his mom down to beach to sit and put her feet in the ocean. Everyone had a great time. We will be back next year!

AMAZING!

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! Incredible location for family with pool and ocean so close. Condo was FULLY stocked with great towels for pool, dishes etc. Large enough to spread out some with three rooms. Absolutely LOVED this place and will be back next year!

Our 2024 vacay!

The property was convenient to the pool and the ocean. It was very quiet during our stay, which we liked. The only thing that I wish we could have had was beach chairs to rent. Being older and flying in we couldn’t bring our on. The ones in the condo wasn’t in very good shape. Also, it would have been nice to have had a high chair for our 1 year old. It made it a little bit hard to feed her. Other than that, we had a great stay.
