I loved that the unit was not cluttered with ‘stuff’. The place was very comfortable and I would stay again. My only complaint is that we needed a blanket as the bed was cold at night.

Nice place

Condo was nice. Had a full kitchen with a keurig. A closet full of beach supplies. Nicely decorated. AC worked great. The only drawback of the place in my opinion is that we were on the fourth floor so it was a lot of steps to climb multiple times a day. There were elevators but they were a little slow and usually in use so stairs were more convenient. Loved the New Smyrna area. Very casual and chill. Weather was great while we were there. Over 90 degrees the whole time but usually a nice breeze.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather wasn’t the best. The view from the balcony of the pools and beach was awesome and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks out there listening to the waves. The condo was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The elevator worked great with no issues. All-in-all, a great time in a very nice condo, and its location was very close to many shops & restaurants.

Perfect for Beach Time!

New Smyrna Stays had everything ready for us and responded quickly to our questions. The property is right on a no-drive part of the beach with easy access. The views were absolutely stunning and you can watch and hear the waves from the balcony. Condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. All the beach gear that you would ever need is right there!Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great Get Away!

Comfortable stay and perfect location right on the beach! Quick response from property manager when we had any questions. Lots of beach supplies available--chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a place to safely store our bikes over night.

Another few days in Paradise

2nd time we stayed here. We love the layout of the Condo. Beautiful large balcony. The pool area is very nice as well. We had a great time once again. 2 suggestions: It would be nice if you had a tall table with 2 tall chairs that see over the existing rails for viewing the Ocean. Secondly, a more comfortable sofa, the existing one is cheap and hard.

Another day in Paradise

Our stay in New Smyrna Beach was wonderful. The Condo was Spacious and the Pool area was very nice as well. View of the Ocean from the Deck was enjoyable. We will stay here again in the future.

Convenient condo

Condo was great for 4 people. Heated pool. Only issue was our heat did not work. It was cold for 2 days, but then the weather got warmer and it wasn't an issue. We did notify the management, but we were not available during the day to have them look at it.

This was a great place for my children and I. The view of the beach from the balcony was a delight. The small items needed, such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen items, were provided. Plenty of beach chairs available in the unit as well as an umbrella for the beach. They even had beach toys available for the kids. I would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

Nicely updated condo. Great location. Clean pools. Views of ocean from balcony and good access to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Designated and convenient parking. We will definitely be back.

Well stocked nice place to stay by the ocean

The condo was well stocked. It was very clean and well maintained. We only used the bedroom with the King bed but the bed was very comfortable. They had everything there you would need and more. It is kid friendly as the beach toys chairs etc were certainly more extensive than anywhere we have stayed before and our kids when they were younger would have loved having access to all of that to play with on the beach. The property management team was also very helpful and patient with any questions we had. There are only 2 things that I would make a suggestion on:1. The thermostat is to go no lower than 74 degrees on the cooling system which is fine but on hotter days or days that you may be using the oven in the unit, the unit would be likely to heat up. A portable fan in that area may be helpful as the fan in the kitchen was not working. 2. I would not use the beach towels again. There was nothing wrong with the towels and having them was convenient however, getting them washed and cleaned on the last day was a bit of a hassle due to trying to get change and laundry machine washer and dryer time. Next time I would just buy 2 dollar store towels and take them home with me. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo the grounds are very nice but

Very nice condo the grounds are very nice but coming from another state and they advertise pet friendly if you keep the dogs locked in the condo that’s about how pet friendly it is you cannot take the dogs on the beach you cannot take the dog by the pool can I take the dog on the grounds of the condo you have to walk the dog off premises 🙁
