Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe primary bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and more. Onsite amenities include an exercise room, saunas, two seasonally heated pools, a poolside spa, bocce court, two tennis courts with lighting, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball hoop, BBQ gas grill area and two gorgeous clubhouses.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.

At Great Ocean Condos we help families make memories that last a lifetime. Please note that additional fees apply for early check-ins and late check-outs. We cannot accommodate either in peak season. If you are staying in one of our pet-friendly properties, there is an additional nonrefundable pet fee.
