Ne pas réserver cet hôtel! ARNAQUE nous avons été victime d'une arnaque. En arrivant, on a été informé qu'il y avait un problème avec notre chambre et qu'il ne pouvait nous en donner une autre. Le fille de la réception nous a dit je vais vous envoyer dans un autre hôtel, vous payer ici maintenant. Nous avons glisser notre carte de crédit sous la fenêtre de la réception. Elle a insisté pour qu'on lui donne notre NIP en disant que le terminal ne passait pas sous la fênetre. Nous étions avec deux jeunes enfants nous avions besoin d'un endroit pour dormir, nous avons donc cédé et écrit le NIP sur un papier et nous lui avons montré. Elle a passé la transaction. Nous nous sommes rendu à l'autre endroit pour constater que l'hôtel était délabré, dans un endroit non sécuritaire. Nous avons passé la nuit dans des draps troués avec des brulure de cigarette, salle de bain délabrée. L'horreur!. Finalement notre carte a été utilisé pour des transaction frauduleuse. Je n'arrive pas contacter Expedia pour un dédommagement, c'est un véritable cauchemar. Sur le site du deuxième hôtel, les photos ne sont pas du tout représentative de l'endroit. Je crois que ce sont des images 3D et non des photo. Le nom du deuxième hôtel: Hotel PERGOLA 183-02 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11423, États-Unis

Hôtel situé près du UBS arena. A été rénové donc belle chambre, bon matelas et belle salle de bain. L’internet ne fonctionnait pas bien, le chauffage partait à tout les 5 minutes et faisait du bruit. Un peu bruyant car pas bien insonorisé.

Mold in bathrooms, broken furniture, AC vents had weird smell coming from it, vending machines hardly worked (stole money from me a couple times), don’t like the location.

I didn't get any sleep the furst night. No accommodation for the 3 noise complaints i reported. That was on going over 6 hrs. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, comfortable bed & amazing shower.

It’s great in terms of location. The train station LIRR is right around the corner. The strip has a lot to do within walking distance but the property was extremely loud at night especially. The first night there a woman was INCREDIBLY LOUD doing you know what for several hours. We heard multiple guests knocking on the door to tell them to tone it down. A guest even screamed SHUT UP and to no avail this woman kept that loud level of voiceover no matter what. The 2nd night not as bad with the woman but just seems like people love to come in super late extra loud. 3rd night same scenario. If you want a place of convenience regarding the train, I’m sure there are other places but this one I couldn’t even sleep half the time. I’d love to come back to NY but need a different stay. The staff was friendly though!

I will never stay at this facility ever again. The rooms were so nasty and smoked out. I could not breathe from the horrible smoke smell in the room. The refrigerator had mold and the bed lining was dirty with stains!

Both of my rooms are were 6 doors apart. Not together as i asked for them to be. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working at all. The lighting the rooms is limited. I had to ask the front desk to have house keeping to come check the air conditioner 4 times before anyone came. And still and all the air conditioner isn't working. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel. I am so unsatisfied.

I won't be staying there again. Looked like mucous was on the pillow. Complained nothing. TV didn't work. Bathroom not clean.we slept in our clothes. Smelled of weed. Weird people up running around all night and the passing train.

From the moment we walked in we could smell cigarette smoke inside the building. It lingered down the hallways and even into our room. The linens had cigarette burns and stains on them. Other guests could be heard at all hours of the night opening and slamming their doors shut. Absolutely mind blown these were the conditions for what we paid for 1 night staying here. Would not go back.

The hotel smelled of smoke and marijuana. Even on the non smoking floor it was so bad that we had to light candles to try to freshen the room. If your a smoker or THC user this is the place for you. If not I would highly recommend not booking.

The location is a convenient 20 minute walk to UBS arena. The property itself is very dated and requires thorough cleaning. The matresses had no protecters or fitted sheets, the AC unit smelled strongly of mildew when turned on, the sink handle's finish was heavily flaking off (appeared to be painted over metal rather than properly refinished). Additionally, there were several holes that resembled cigarette burns in the covers and curtains. The room overall didn't appear to be clean

The owners are efficient in resolving some of the customers needs: like bringing cleaned towels and other supplies, but when we called them to help us with the TV in the room, nobody ever come. There’s is no microwave, no hot coffee or even hot water to make a tea in the morning. There’s parking spaces maybe for everyone but the only Exit/Etrance is kind of an inconvenience.

Overall it was okay. As soon as you get up to the second floor it REEKS of weed and cigarettes. Other guests are always slamming doors and yelling. The bed spread was also really random with dolphins on the comforter, which made it feel very unprofessional.

Stayed here while taking my daughter to a KPop concert at UBS Arena. Parking was great, Parked against the building (we were given room 117 right next to my car). Check in was average, girl was polite but soft-spoken behind the bulletproof glass). Room was cleaned and mopped when we arrived so had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby, no biggie. Ac worked but not well, ran for 5 minutes then shuts off. Fan controls weren't operational, only Auto worked. Bedding had some cigarette burns, but were clean and changed during our 2 night stay, room didn't smell like smoke so I'm assuming they're the same bedding from a once 'Smoking" facility. Residual weed smell in lobby/halls. Shower drain couldn't keep up with the flow. Water would slowly creep to the end of the shower and overflow if not turned back, had to run shower with half pressure. But it was OK, nice shower head and wand. TV was a nice surprise. 75" 4K HDR for a small room . Vending machines were stocked and $2.00 Sodas and water wasn't horrible either. Room was noisy however, Subway noise out my window was to be expected and if the AC worked right it would've camouflaged it somewhat....however having tile floors in the hallways made for an annoying experience. Uncouth guests had no consideration and were belligerent and loud, and with no carpeting in the hall, you could hear everything through the door. Management didn't intervene... night 2 it wasn't as bad. All in all, it wasn't horrible for the price.

Property would be excellent for short stays if cleaned properly. We booked for walking distance to the train station for a concert. Locks on doors were not sturdy. I travel with a hotel door security lock so it wasn’t as much of an issue for us. There was a strong smell of incense and/or vape smoke. The bedding was also worn and had spots of damage. If we had paid $130-165 I wouldn't be as disappointed. It was difficult to sleep because of the smell. Other visitors had the same comments. On the bright side the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the cleanliness wasn’t a factor because I like the location for attending events at the UBS arena.

This place is horrible. First time in my entire I experienced something like that. Room was small. Bathroom light was not working. lobby smell weed.shower handle was broken. No outside light can penetrate the room. Pillow are stained and bad quality. I was uncomfortable the whole night.in general this place is nasty, I don’t recommend

The staff had really nasty attitudes. My guest wasn’t allowed to wait in the building , not even the lobby. He was told he had to wait in the parking lot. The showers were FILTHY. There’s one ironing board in the whole building and it was chained up like if it was on house arrest! Not a good experience AT ALL!
