« Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half. »

Wi-Fi and TV instructions were very clear and easy to use. A variety of excellent local shops and easy access to the beach nearby met the needs of all family members. »

« Nicely done out. A couple of issues in terms of equipment - only one mug so we had to go out and buy one the following day. Also no potato peeler, cafetière (coffee machine needed capsules which are more expensive to buy). The outdoor area could have been made more attractive. The alley at the back was full of rubbish. We did receive quick feedback to our concerns about the mug and the lockpad being left on the code. »

"Bel hôtel idéalement situé, à côté de stade St James Park de l'équipe de football, 5min à peine du quartier chinois et autres restaurants en plus de celui de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner complet, régulièrement réapprovisionné. Niveau sonore, tout dépend du côté donnant la chambre. Côté rue cela reste assez bruyant en fonction de l'animation surtout en soir de match. De l'autre côté, résidence universitaire et zone piétonne donc bien plus calme. Pas de parking sur place. Personnel très accueillant et disponible."
