Très bel hotel,comfortable,bon petit déjeuner,lit areable ,seul défaut ,noua avions une chambre qui donnait sur les voies du train,qui on commencer à passer des 5 h du matin!

Perfect position in central newcastle. Hotel reception was very friendly and professional, even supplying earplugs on request. Parking was free on site and secure. All aspects of hotel clean and tidy, lots of eating and drinking options on site. Breakfast in bedroom was great. Would definitely stay again..

We love staying at the Vermont. A fantastic location, love the bar and the rooms and lovely. We would have rated it 5 stars but the breakfast is not great. It’s not because it’s buffet style, it’s more the quality is not great and it’s not kept well either. We still love it but would be 5 stars once the breakfast is better

Very disappointing overnight break the noise we experienced throughout the night was disgraceful from both within the hotel and outside the hotel. I have tried to speak with the duty manager regarding my experience and have had no response. For an hotel that markets itself as a luxury hotel it was not the experience myself and my two daughters expected.

Excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately in the Aparthotel there seems to be a major issue with hot water supply and pressure so a shower on Saturday evening was lukewarm and then just no water at all. Apparently this is an ongoing problem especially when everyone is using showers in the building. In fairness we were offered complimentary breakfast for all 4 of us.

Not great...avoid floor 11!
We had a room on the 11th floor, and it was SO noisy, as the rooftop bar is directly above. Loud music until 2am, had no sleep and the room was stifllingly hot.

We were lucky to get a space in the tiny carpark. The door cards didn't work so I had to go back to the reception to get them re authorized. The view from our room was mainly brick wall. The cold water tap on the bath didn't work. So we had to use the shower to cool the hot water. The bathroom sink took ages to empty. We wanted to visit the rooftop bar for a drink and see the sights but was told we couldn't as we hadn't booked, we didn't know that it was booking only as hotel guests we thought it might be easy to get up there. Very disappointed

Book somewhere else…PLEASE READ.
Considering I stay in 2 or 3 different hotels a week all over the country, I have a good idea of what is expected from a 4 star hotel. This is not by far! They are hanging onto the name and assume people will think that the quality of the rooms is acceptable because they have exclusive cars parked outside. The reception area has been invested in so people get a feeling on grandeur, but it’s pretentious and misleading. Keeping it short… First room, smelt musty, aging furniture and hadn’t been cleaned to a high standard. Back down to reception… and asked if they had another room that maybe had been modernised recently. The response was that all rooms are the same, which didn’t give me much hope. I got given another room key and went back up in the less that efficient lifts. Second room… I walked in and it was identical, smelt like the carpets hadn’t been upgraded since the rooms were done and judging by the furniture, I’d say a good 15 years at least. Dirt on the mirrors, dusty in most areas of the room, damaged furniture. Very poor for a hotel that apparently boasted such a good reputation. Went back downstairs to check out as if this is what all rooms are like, I don’t need to see another. No apology, just got told I wouldn’t get a refund. Not that concerned as I’d pay double to happily leave and stay somewhere else.

Had a great time. Staff,food and room excellent however got home to find they charged my card for £211. Appallingly customer service a month on although they agree its a mistake still no refund. We have booked for later in the year but because of this going to cancel.

Great location, stunning facade, cold and took a while to be warm it uo. Charging £2 for what should be complimentary water - when yiu have paid above the going rate seems cheap. Leaving bag with concierge without tagging system was not professional and WiFi was intermittent in room. No facilities for e-cars

We sliepen in het appartementen gebouw . Appartement pas prima ,schoon en alles aanwezig wat nodig . Woonkamer en lobby waren een beetje gedateerd . Ik vond dit overigens ook van het hotel. De bar in het hotel laat te wensen over. Te kleine bezetting en bepaalde zaken waren continue op. Geen cola,pinot grigio en geen tijd om hapjes te laten komen beetje tegenvaller
