Spacious Great Location

We stayed for just over two weeks. We had our elderly parents with us the first week and close friends the second week. Plenty of room, bikes, beach chairs, towels, etc. Management promptly addressed a few issues we had. Overall we had a great time. Feedback would be to maybe have a tv in a few bedrooms. The garage was a huge plus with plenty of room. Location was great! We would stay again.

Great House!!

Really well-kept house that had everything we needed, an awesome space, location, amenities and being in this area to vacation in the past, a 4 car garage is amazing! Can't say enough great things about the house. Pool table was also really useful as we had terrible weather during our trip.

Great space

Great space with plenty of rooms for everyone. Nice pool table and hot tub. Could have better pots/pans/plates but to be expected in a rental. Also because of all the rain the roof was leaking in several places.

Great beach location with lots of room & parking garage

The duplex house was perfect for our large extended family who required 7 Bedrooms and the extra bathrooms were a plus. Highlights: - Large space with kitchen & pool table was great for family to move around. - The balcony was nice & open, and expanded the social scene - House is located 1 block from the beach and 5 mins drive from Huntington beach and Newport Beach pier. Great location! - Check-in was super easy with locks/codes and the 2 car garage was extra plus. - The multiple fire places were loved by all because it was a bit chilly during our stay Everyone enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend to all. If/when we return, we will stay again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fun place and location, cleanliness was lacking

Really enjoyed this place and location was great. Really enjoyed the bikes, pool table and hot tub. For the amount of cleaning fee, the place cleanliness was lacking. My young daughter is crawling and within the first hour her knees and feet were black. We spent the next half hour cleaning floors. The hot tub also was full of sand. Spent a good amount of time cleaning the hot tub too. Overall positive experience.

Newport done right!

The property is 20 second walk to the beach. You don't need much more than that! But the house had everything you would need for a fun week in Newport down to the beach cruisers and a clean hot tub! The property manager was quick to come address some small issues and was very helpful and thorough. Awesome stay.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this great property! It was perfect for a large family getaway. The hot tub were is a great addition along with the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms and outside paint. We arrived at 3 pm and the cleaning crew was still working. The bathroom rugs were dirty along with the floors still dirty also. I would rather have a 4 pm check in and arrive to a clean home.

Great location and plenty of space!

We stayed in the entire place so we had upstairs and downstairs. This was perfect for our family as we had plenty of space. There is a separate entrance for both units so it does not have direct access from inside. The outside is definitely run down but the inside was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the bathrooms were new. The downstairs was a little more run down. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and there were a lot of ants. Also there is a pull out bed downstairs that should not be used until it is replaced/ fixed. The location was perfect and we could walk to the beach quickly for sunset. The neighborhood is active so if you want a slower vibe take note. One night the neighbors were up partying until 4:30 in the morning. This only happened once however. Our kids used the bikes provided by the property and four adult bikes were working. The property manager was brand new to the property but I was very impressed. They communicated very clearly with us and checked in with us. When we had issues they were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again especially since they are doing upgrades once the season is over.

Beautiful home, lovely host

Everything was great! The home was as advertised and fit all of our guests extremely well. There was plenty of towels and linens and kitchenware for everyone. Host was very easy to work with. Great experience!

Multi-Generational family reunion

The house was perfectly located for beach access. We rented the top and bottom levels for our large family, and it worked perfectly. The property was well-stocked with items we used and needed. It was clean and ready for our use. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Kristen was very easy to work with, and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. She seemed genuinely happy for us to be guests in her home.

Great place

The duplex was great and accommodated our big extended family. The downstairs is a separate unit and worked great for those who wanted to retreat early. The beach is literally 1 min walk and it’s clean and great for families. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kristen for being so easy to reach and fast to reply!

Great for a large group!

After reserving a large home on the beach through Airbnb over 8 months ago, the owner sold the home and canceled our family gathering for 16 people. This happened about 1 1/2 months before our reunion and we had to scurry to find a replacement. We immediately searched through Vrbo and although we were not right on the beach, we were only a block away. This place was very accommodating with ample bedrooms and provided many options for entertainment. We very much enjoyed the fireplaces and pool table. The owner, Kristen, even dropped off a fireplace set! Very nice. We all enjoyed our time at the beach! Thank you!

Our hockey team stayed here for a tournament and it worked out very well. Some of the beach cruisers needed work but everybody was happy. Kristen was very responsive to our requests and I recommend this property.

Great place to get away, we will be back

Our family just spent a week at the beach in this fantastic house. We rented both the top and the bottom. Plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and enjoy our time together. Heavenly beds, plenty of towels for showering and beach, everything worked to perfection. The kids loved boogie boarding all day and there were plenty of pool table and ping pong table challenges at night. it is a great house designed to help create lots of fun family memories. We will be back!

Great House for Family and Friends

Stayed here for with a group of family and friends for the weekend and had a great time. House is easy walking distance to a couple different breakfast spots as well as a convenience store. Large garage easily fits 4 cars. We used the beach cruisers to get around even faster. House has a ton of space with amble beds, bathrooms, and linens.

5 nights in Newport Beach

Great location. Some nice features ... lots of bedrooms, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Several issues to address: we fixed 2 of the toilets upon arrival. The dishwasher's soap dispenser in the front unit didn't work dishes in cupboard had food on them. If there is no ice maker then ice cube trays should be furnished.

Great beach duplex for large family!

We loved being within walking distance of the beach. The house was roomy with many fun family activities available! We loved having tv, puzzles, a pool table, and games there for guests use. We had a great week at the beach!!

A great place for whole family vacation!

We rented this property for the first time last week--we loved it. The parking and the kitchen upstairs made it worth every penny more we paid to use this house rather than the property we had rented prior years!
