« We really loved the house and the hospitality. The house has more than one needs for a great time on the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, detail-oriented townhouse. We loved the rooftop with its BBQ station. Kitchen has a nice setup, streaming services, wetsuits, bikes. Russ was super nice and responded quickly. 5 stars! »

« The location is incredible and great views. We liked the layout of the place and the amenities were decent. Very nice kitchen. We might stay here again but would like to offer some suggestions to make it better. We wanted to use the gas grille but it didn’t have a starter and nobody got back to us for over a day and a half and we checked out when they got back. The pillows on the beds are super cheap pillows and uncomfortable. With a nice place invest in some nice down pillows like other nice...

« This rental is an absolutely perfect little hideaway right in the heart of Newport Beach. It's small but cozy, and very clean. If you're home during the day you can open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze or sit out back in the little sitting area. It's ideal for one or two, maybe 4 if you have kids or are all really good friends. The location is ideal. It's maybe 200 yards to the beach, 1 mile to Newport pier with all of the associated bars and restaurants and 2.5 miles to the Balboa Fun...

« Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful. »

« My family and I have been coming down to the area for the past couple years. It's always a time I really look forward to where we can all get together and relax by the beach. The house was really lovely and exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed spending time at the house together, cooking, sitting outside in the yard, and walking to the beach a block away. For cooking, it was a huge plus that the kitchen was so stocked. We were super comfortable the entire stay except for one thing....

« This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have one adult son who stayed with us in the downstairs ensuite and we had the upstairs ensuite. Having the extra parking for when visitors came by was ideal and enjoyed a game of bocce in the park adjacent to the rental. Short walk to the beach. If we come again we will stay here again. »
