« The breakfast was nice. The room carpet is very dirty and sticky. The hallway had not been vacuumed either. There were broken tortilla chips right in front of our door. The carpets definitely need a good shampooing. Other areas in the room were clean, counters, bathroom, inside refrigerator. The bedding was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. »

« The hotel lobby was clean and updated. When I arrived the elevator was broken and being disabled I had to take a first floor room. The room they gave me was a large suite but out dated. It was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff seemed to not speak very little English or they just didn't want to help. My tv wasn't working so I asked them if they could fix it and all she said was 'front desk'. The front desk staff told me that the cable was down. I stayed in the hotel...

« The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only...
