« Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk. »

« Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again. »

« Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. »

« Resort is new and modern. Rooms spacious and views fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that is didn’t cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin. It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau »

« The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable. »

« The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking...

« I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists »
