Tolle Lage. Obwohl wir das Zimmer mit Fallsview gebucht hatten wurde beim einchecken ein Upgrade angeboten um wirklich einen Ausblick zu haben. Unser Zimmer wäre hintenraus gewesen. Sehr hohe Parkgebühren mit Valet. Das Frühstück ist eine Massenabfertigung, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel einfach nur schrecklich.

Our room had a good view to the falls - but there were no room service during our (2 nights) stay - self parking was comfortable with a shutlle, by departure i preferred the 10 minutes walk - breakfast was totally different: at early morning (6.30) it was ok, one hour later it was frustrating (loud, not every food available or you habe to wait for)

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage zu den Fällen. Haben ein Upgrade buchen müssen um ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Aus der vorherigen waren nur die kanadischen Wasserfälle zu sehen.

leider ist schon bei der ankunft (diese drei nächte währen eigentlich der höhepunkt der reise gewesen; geburtstag), ein eher unfreundlicher empfang. es wird uns ein falsches zimmer für drei tage gegeben. wir mussten selber mit dem gepäck immer wieder rauf und runter. es gebe dieses reservierte zimmer jetzt nicht, erst für die letzten zwei nächte (umzug). wir sind gespannt auf die kostenrückzahlung neben dem ärger). am nächsten abend haben wir wegen des fehlenden zimmerservices reklamiert. es wurde uns gesagt wegen covid gäbe es keinen. leider wieder ärger und zeitaufwand wegen schlechtem service. man hätte uns das schon beim einchecken sagen können.

The parking is expensive for valet and self park in the hotel. Cheaper parking option was 15 min away. Not very convenient. Room was clean and we could see the Canadian Falls from our room. Overall, staff was nice and hotel was clean with an excellent location.

The fornt desk staff needs to be more professional towards customer servise. I wife asked the lady on the evening shift feom where we can see the fire works. Her response " I dont know, may be you have to go out". That was a little smart

Easy to park, but a lottle on the expensive side, $70 to self park, 100 to use valet, 35 to park off site but half a mile away. Great room easy to get around! Niagra falls just a couple minutes away by walking and lift $14 for two people down to the falls and back

It was a 1 night stay , no major observations Room was clean with sufficient towels and bedsheets. Breakfast was decent. Off-site parking was in safe location and transport was all time available from the parking slot to hotel which is appreciated.

We were disappointed that there was no parking for pick up trucks. The only option was off site with shuttle service, however, there was a fee per night for parking. Disappointed with the buff breakfast. It was extremely busy, the lines for the omelettes were very long, by the time you got a table with the regular buffet, your food was cold we were advised by the staff to take it back to our room and heat it with a microwave. We were disappointed with the wait time for the one elevator that went to the 18th floor. Extremely time wasting.

Worst Hilton ever. Great room, great views, convenient location. BUT, parking is FAR away and valet is EXPENSIVE! Breakfast is like a cheap hotel. Not even close to Hilton standards. Worst elevators of any Hilton! 10 minutes to get to main floor at 9 AM. Never staying here again!
