The neighborhood is safe, well-traveled, and in close proximity to State Park Police, offering added peace of mind for guests. Being so close to the State Park and main attractions, you’ll find the area active, accessible, and ideal for both daytime exploring and evening relaxation.

Getting around couldn’t be easier from this centrally located property. Free on-site parking (8 to 10 vehicles) is available, giving you a convenient place to leave your vehicle throughout your stay.

The property is within a short, easy walk of Niagara Falls State Park, where you can experience the Falls, scenic trails, and many of the area’s top attractions. Restaurants, shops, and other local highlights are also nearby, allowing you to explore much of the area on foot.

The free Discover Niagara Shuttle offers seasonal hop-on, hop-off service, with a convenient stop right next door at the Aquarium of Niagara. It connects Niagara Falls with attractions throughout Lewiston and Youngstown, including Old Fort Niagara. Routes, operating days, and arrival times vary by season, so please check the current shuttle schedule when planning your trip.
Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 10 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for every guest in excess of 10 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee.

*For guests bringing a pet: Dogs only (One owner is very allergic to cats). Dogs must be well-trained and should have their nails trimmed so as not to scratch the new hardwood floors.

When you bring a dog, please keep in mind that an additional fee applies

Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. This is the fee our cleaners charge us and we therefore have to pass it on.

Unregistered guests are not allowed on property at any time. To protect our business licenses this must be strictly enforced. Violation of this rule will result termination of your booking with no refund.
