« Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. A few details though:- repair the shower head which leaks on the side, causing excess water consumption ;- there's no door between the bedroom and the kitchen, yet the latter has a window which is completely open to the outside (and which we can't close); so when we turn on the air-conditioning in the bedroom, it has trouble working efficiently, not to mention...

« The property was lovely, and the location was a short 15-minute walk to the beach. We felt safe at the location (it is gated with security guards), good parking facilities, and there were a number of fun surprises! We liked the macaws and the peacocks about. The pool space was lovely. We did have to reach out to check in, but the team was accommodating on check-in process and friendly. »
