Located right in the heart of Nice Old Town (“Le Vieux Nice”), we offer a stylish and inviting apartment for travellers wishing to immerse themselves in the most authentic and vibrant part of town while being 2mn away from the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean and the famous Promenade des Anglais.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, our 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned apartment successfully blends original features and traditional French furniture with contemporary kitchen design and appliances, making it a rare find in this sought-after neighbourhood. The high ceiling and windows with their original wooden shutters are graceful reminders of the building ancient past, and allow guests to enjoy magnificent views over the Prefecture Palace and its yellow stucco façade, beautifully lit at night.

In keeping with our prestigious surroundings, we have furnished the apartment with an eye for elegant details (wooden floor, floor-length linen curtains, mirrors and chandeliers) and chosen the equipment to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From hotel quality mattresses and bed linen to top of the range Italian kitchen and appliances (De Dietrich) and air-conditioning throughout, we hope that our guests will feel at home from the minute they step in.

Each piece of furniture has been meticulously chosen with the lifestyle of the discerning traveller in mind, whether enjoying an espresso at the bar, a glass of wine on the sofa or a gourmet meal at the wooden dining table.
Our brand new and fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream, with first-class appliances by De Dietrich, ample selection of crockery, large storage space, a very large worktop and a few recipe books.
There are endless dining and entertainment options just down the street but after a long day at the beach or spent exploring the area; you might choose to sink into our comfortable sofa and watch a movie or your favourite series from our selection of channels or Netflix.


• Sleeping & bathing:

All bedrooms have air-conditioning units and hotel-quality mattresses to guarantee our guest maximum comfort.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200cm),
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200cm) a
Bedroom 3: king-size (180x200 cm) or 2 twin size beds (90x200cm). This flexibility allows us to accommodate families and groups of friends alike comfortably.

Bathrooms: Two of the bathrooms are equipped with showers, and the third one with a bathtub. Each guest will be provided with a starter pack of quality organic soap, shower gel, shampoo and body cream.

• Access:

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional “niçois” building with a lift accessible from the 1st floor (our guests will still have to climb the stairs to the 1st floor).
Most of the Old Town is pedestrian, but there are ample underground parking facilities. We’re happy to inform prospective guests on any logistical issue.

Perfect girls trip accommodation in Nice
A group of 6 women (all over 45) on a long weekend to Nice. The apartment was just fab. Really nice decoration, one bathroom per bedroom, very comfortable beds (and quality bedding and pillows) and the location is amazing (right where you want to be). The only negative is it's very noisy due to being located on a busy street so some of our party struggled with the noise at night - but we knew that would be the case as you can't have that location and expect it to be quiet! The communal hallway and stairs smell of damp (again can't expect anything different as it's a lovely old building in the historic part of Nice!) and someone with health issues or who's elderly may struggle with getting suitcases up the communal stairs but none of that bothered us. We LOVED our stay in this apartment and would stay again/highly recommend it. I would also highly recommend Carmela (outside table) and Bocca Nissa (roof terrace) in Nice for dinner. Le Galet for lunch on the beach and beach beds for the day (you can book a table for food but if you want a beach bed turn up at 9am to grab one for the day). Mayssa Beach roof terrace in Villefranche for dinner. A trip to Saint Paul de Vance (get there early and have lunch after wandering around). We had lunch at Le Tilleul (service was so so but the food was amazing as was the location) or you could go to La Colombe d'Or for a little bit of history/old school glamour. With all these recommendations you definitely need to book way in advance!

Excellent stay in Old Town, Nice
Communication was excellent, check in and check out was extremely smooth. Location could not be better in Nice providing easy access to shops, restaurants and amazing Gelato! Apartment was clean with all facilities provided that you would require for a stay and very comfortable. There was some noise from the street on Friday night but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. Overall excellent stay I would definitely book again.

Beautifully decorated apartment
We had so much fun staying at the apartment during carnaval. It’s located to all the action. It can get a bit noisy but the earplugs did the trick. Just a little walk to the prom and easy access to the tram. I would come back and stay again. Communication was great. The building is have some beautification performed inside but it didn’t affect our stay. Thank you so much for a lovely place to stay.

Great short trip
Overall, I would recommend this apartment. Location: This property has a great location. It’s in Old Town and you are very close to everything. I felt like we really lucked out on location. So many great restaurants around us. You must go to Maison Barale for their handmade ravioli. It’s right around the corner. There is a lovely wine store across the street. A chocolate shop a few steps away. Tons of restaurants nearby. Oui Jelato (they sell gelato) is a few steps away. The Property: The apartment is renovated, tall ceilings and has all modern amenities. It is very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Great water pressure. The common areas (which the host has no control of) is not as nice. The building is shared with commercial tenants like lawyers offices so it’s very quiet. However, because of the location, expect some noise. The host offers earplugs. There was also an apartment under renovations below us and it was noisy but we were up and ready to explore Nice, so who cares. Communication: The property manager we met, Sarah Jane was delightful and she was very responsive when we had an issue come up. Karine provided an e-booklet of things to do while in Nice and we took both up on several suggestions and were very pleased. A few days prior to arrival they reached out and provided check-in information.

Even the grandparents had a great time!
Me and my family of 4 (2 young kids) plus a set of grandparents stayed here in August of 2023 and had a wonderful time. Place is exactly as described and as it appears in pictures. Conveniently located in old town. A short walk to grocery stores, farmer's markets, tram/bus stops, and the beach. We have stayed at the apartment next door 10 years ago and loved it there so much that we were lucky to find this apartment when we learned it was booked (and we booked in the winter 2022). Kitchen is fully equipped - we hardly ate out. Situated on a bar strip, so can be noisy at night during peak season but property manager provides ear plugs for those light sleepers. My 5 and 8 year old's still slept through the nights. Communication with manager was fair. Was a little disappointed that we did not have Netflix considering the cost we paid for our stay. It was problematic for my kids but luckily the wifi offset the lack of tv entertainment and we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. We travelled to many nearby towns considering the proxmity of the bus stops. Lots of great boulangeries nearby and some even worth the trek up town a bit. Host provides a guide of reco places and what's nearby which came in handy. Would stay here again.

Nice Space Extremely Noisy
The space is great. The decor is beautiful. However, if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. We stayed for 10 nights and maybe got two full nights of sleep. There are bars and restaurants close to the condo. All night there is loud partying going on. There was also a weird leak, which was communicated to the property manager. All in all we did have a fabulous stay. Just some things for future guests to be aware of.

Nice in Nice!!
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied to prepare meals although the location is SO convenient with cafes, restaurants and bakeries that one doesn’t have to!!! Close to the market and all types of shopping. Just a couple of blocks from the lovely beach. We want to return!
