Perfect! We will come back.
Nicht nur die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, auch das Apartment war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterin des Eigentümers war immer und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und der Check in war denkbar angenehm. Das Apartment war sauber und über die Lage muss man eh nichts sagen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Diese Wohnung ist so praktisch und liegt absolut ideal. Es gibt zwei Ausgänge einmal zum Meer promenade des Anglais oder rue de France zu den Geschäften und Fussgängerzone.

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Ein Ausgang geht zur Promenade des Anglais also zum Meer und den tollen Terrassen und Stränden und der andere Ausgang der Anlage direkt in die Fußgängerzone zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Vom Balkon sehen sie einen wunderschönen großen Innenhof mit Pflanzen Blumen und Palmen. Früher habe ich immer eine Wohnung gemietet mit Meerblick auf der Promenade des anglais und musste dann wohl oder Übel in Kauf nehmen, dass es sehr laut war. In dieser Anlage schlafen sie absolut ruhig sie hören nur die Vögel zwitschern und es ist fast wie auf dem Land mit dem Vorteil, dass es nur ein Katzensprung in die Stadt und den Strand ist. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab auch deutsche Fernsehkanäle. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu erlauben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten wenn wir nach Nizza reisen.

Great location on promenade and close to all facilities
Roxanne was amazing and very helpful (thankyou). The apartment, with a great courtyard balcony, is effectively on the Nice promenade and beach and has extensive restaurants and facilities nearby. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Old Town also. Parking is not easy - but the apartment has access to a car park downstairs if advised / requested in advance (we didnt know and paid 25 Euro a night). But everything else was great - easy drive to Monaco, Saint Tropez, Touron etc.

Fantastic stay!
It was our fist time in Nice and property was perfect for us . The apartment has a large balcony very quiet and perfect for our morning coffee. One side of the building is access to the promenade and the beach, and opposite side is access to the pedestrian corridor with all restaurants ,coffee shops .. It’s a very good location. Perfect Stay!
Roxanne, our hostess, was fantastic! She met us right away and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment also showing us how to use the French appliances. The snacks waiting for us were a nice touch. It was spacious and comfortable. The location couldn't be beat! We loved the restaurants in the area. As Americans, we are used to a bit stronger air conditioning, but the max was controlled by the entire building. I believe by French standards it was adequate. We would highly recommend you reserve this apartment today! We had a wonderful trip to Nice.

This property was perfect for our visit to Nice and the surrounding area. While the apartment is very simple and plain, please know that it was extremely clean and provided what was needed during our stay. If you are not going to Nice to sit in an apartment all day, then this is a wonderful choice. The price is right, and the location is close to transportation, and just across from the water. Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. When I first arrived, Roxanne came out to greet me and showed me to the apartment. Super friendly and kind. The apartment was not only spotlessly clean but modern and in a prime location. Sits right on the Promenade, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, including restaurants where locals eat in Nice. Roxanne gave me excellent recommendations where to eat and the areas around Nice that are worth taking day trips too. Overall this was a fabulous experience- I Cannot be more pleased about my stay. We stayed in this apartment in August 2021. We are well-travelled but this was absolutely the best customer experience ever. The jewel of this apartment is property manager - Roxanne. She is so precious, caring, loving, professional, helpful and awesome. All communications from her side before, during, and after the stay were top level. She is beautiful both in her soul, and in her appearance. She is very professional! Apartment itself is also good. SUPER CLEAN and sanitized! Good location: beach is in front of apartment. Apartment is facing beautiful quiet garden, has beautiful terrace. Clean private garage. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nice!

Amazing apartment in French Riviera. Location was spectacular. We were so close to everything! Balcony is in a quiet garden which is serene in such a busy city. Take care not to close the door behind you while on the terrace!!! It locks you out. Roxanne, the property host, was most helpful and pleasant in assisting us. She is one of the nicest hosts I’ve encountered. The bed is very firm and all amenities including laundry and air conditioning are there! I would stay here again.

We spent several weeks here. Believe all of the qualities mentioned in the positive reviews. Some things that come to mind are waking up to birdsong, an awareness of calmness and quiet as you enter the property, beautiful natural light, and breakfast in a comfortable terrace. The photos accurately represent the furnishings, but they don’t show that there is plenty of storage space and shelving in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Remy and Roxanne were simply wonderful to deal with. Just do it.

Very nice apartment, has everything for a comfortable stay. Location can't be beat, walking distance to Old Town, Train Station, shops, restaurants. Right across from the beach and Promenades with all the bus stops. Yet, it is quiet for a good night of rest. Roxanne was great, gave us advice on Nice and day trips to St Paul, Eze, Cannes and Monaco. She also told us about good restaurants which we wouldn't be able to find if it wasn't for her. Perfect apartment seconds from the sea!
We stayed here for three nights in May to be close to the Grand Prix in Monaco. Booking was easy and check in was excellent. We were met by Roxanne and shown to the apartment and guided through all the need to know basics. The reception area of the building and lifts are very clean and smart and the apartment itself is fantastic. There is a lovely big terrace we sat out on for early evening drinks and breakfasts. It gets the sun in the morning. The facilities are excellent. We were able to do laundry which cut down on our hand luggage. Lovely cool Air Con and everything you need to make your stay, also an excellent shower! Roxanne sent us a list of places to eat and visit and was very helpful during our stay. We checked out on the Monday and Roxanne kept our cases and brought them out to us later in the afternoon when we were getting a taxi to the airport. There is a supermarket nearby. It's 2 minutes walk onto the main promenade, or you can exit from the rear of the building and you are right onto a lovely street with dozens of Cafes and restaurants. We will visit Nice again soon and will be staying here for sure. We loved it. For anyone going to the Grand Prix, we used Uber most days. Cheapest was 42 Euros to Monaco train station and around 70 return. Uber to the airport was 17 euros. All in all, this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years. We always tend to opt for this type of accommodation over hotels as there is far more flexibility. First class!

Rick Steves advises that when visiting Nice, opt for modern accommodations. That's what caught our eye when we viewed this apartment online--the modern simplicity. After we read some of the stellar reviews and found it was available for the period we wanted, we booked it. And from first contact with Remy through our three-week stay to our checkout, it was great! The apartment is small but nicely furnished, and scrupulously clean. It is just as pictured. The two large sliders leading to the terrace face east, assuring wonderful morning sun and a bright space throughout the day. The location is as good as everyone says, and the design of the apartment complex affords privacy, quiet, and security. Roxanne was FABULOUS. We would not have enjoyed our stay nearly as much had she not been our gracious hostess and excellent, responsive go-to resource. We were sorry to go.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle ville de Nice que nous connaissions mais dans laquelle nous avons toujours eu plaisir à passer des vacances. L'appartement est au top, quasiment neuf et très confortable.Literie excellente, linge de maison d'excellente qualité, climatisation..tout y est. Nous avons été accueillis par Roberto , super gentil, souriant et disponible ... Idem pour le gardien de l'immeuble qui vous dis bonjour le matin, toujours avec le sourire, et qui répond à toutes vos questions... Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans Nice, prés du centre ville, du marché aux fleurs, du vieux Nice, des grands magasins. Pas besoin de voiture sauf si nous voulions sortir de Nice. Great location and cozy apartment for a visit to Nice!
This was our first time using HomeAway and staying in an apartment versus a hotel. We relied on all the feedback on the website and everything was exactly as people described! Roxanne is an absolute plus in welcoming you, helping you with anything you need and is accessible and very responsive. She definitely made the experience much better, especially since it was our first visit to Nice. The apartment is very clean and comfortable for 2 people and we felt very safe. The bed was also very comfortable, which is an important aspect too. The balcony is very large and offers a quiet place to sit and relax in the morning or evening. The location is great, with the ability to easily walk to most everything you want to do. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Our stay in Nice at Remy's Apartment was nothing short of terrific. It was my wife and I for one week in early October. You couldn't ask for anything more: Great Location, Secure, Squeaky clean, Fully Equipped, and last but certainly not least, was Roxanne who was there in case we needed assistance. She was accessible almost instantly by text or phone. When we return to Nice, we will be sure to come back. Completely met our expectations and then some!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with amazing hospitality
This apartment is so well looked after. A perfect location. Very quiet yet 5 minutes or less from the promenade. Close to the old village area,lots of restaurants and activity. Nice and clean apartment in a very good location with all required amenities. Both Roxanne and Remy are awesome and very professional and provided good communication before and after booking and were there at the time of check in and check out to answer any questions. The apartment is bit smaller than it appears in the pictures but it is good and comfortable for 2 people. The balcony is huge and nice. The only thing I would have liked different is if we could pay the second payment via credit card instead of paying all cash at time of check in. Other than that very good experience with this property.

Fabulous apartment, excellent location!
We stayed here for four days. The apartment was very well located, just behind the Promenade des Anglais, in a very secure and upscale building. Check-in was smooth, and Roxanne was very helpful, giving us restaurant suggestions and tourist info. We could just walk up rue de France to many restaurants, it was half-block to the beach, and easy walking distance to the Vieille ville. The apartment was spotless, everything worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the couch was great, and the balcony had a nice table and comfy chairs for early evening drinks or dinner. A very nice pied-à-terre for two people! We have rented a number of apartments over the years, and this is one of the best. We would highly recommend it. We hope to come back soon as we also loved Nice, a very nice town, lots of interesting sights and good restaurants. Merci et à la prochaine!

Delightful, quiet, well-located, spotless apartment
This was our second stay in this apartment in two years. It was perfect for us, probably the best apartment we have stayed in. We are mature, experienced and frequent travellers and the location, right on the Promenade Des Anglais, yet overlooking a quiet secluded garden, was very convenient. Roxanne is a charming and kind host, reliable with contacting, meeting and check-out. The apartment is secure and reached by an elevator. The big covered balcony is very pleasant and really makes a extra room. It is a very quiet apartment with all conveniences, washing machine, clothes-horse, iron and ironing board and a well equipped kitchen. We recommend this apartment most highly.

Wonderful Apartment in Nice
My girlfriend and I stayed in Remy's apartment from May 14 to May 27, 2017. The apartment is perfect for a couple of any age. The apartment is in a large building connected to the Hyatt Regency located on Promenade des Anglais. From the front entrance of the large building you will walk through a hallway that leads to a courtyard of four apartment buildings. Remy's apartment is on the 5th floor of the building located on the west side of the courtyard. The back entrance of the large building leads onto Rue de France. An elevator is located in the lobby of Remy's building. The lobby and the 5th floor hallway have a very upscale appearance. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and has a small living room with a couch, television and dining table, a small kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a small bedroom, a moderately sized bathroom and a large patio that faces the courtyard. The patio is the apartment's best feature. We spent many evenings on the patio drinking wine. The layout of the apartment allowed us to go grocery shopping at the local grocery stores and cook small meals for patio dining. The wifi was excellent. The apartment is very secure and quiet. A key is required to enter the main courtyard from the building's front and back entrances. Additionally, a key is required to enter the lobby of the apartment building itself and to use the elevator. The apartment's location is wonderful. From the building's front entrance you can walk across the street to the Promenade and the beach. Numerous restaurants and stores are located within a 15 minute walk. Old town Nice, the train station and Castle Hill are located within a 20 minute walk. Check-in with Remy's assistant, Roxanne, was a breeze. She met us in front of the Hyatt Regency, showed us how everything worked and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Roxanne was always available when needed and did everything she could to ensure that we had a wonderful trip. Highly recommend this apartment.
