Die VILLA ist sehr gerĂ€umig und voll klimatisiert und bietet viel Komfort bei sorgfĂ€ltiger Dekoration. Die KĂŒche ist modern mit allen notwendigen GerĂ€ten. Der Schlafbereich ist dank seiner hohen QualitĂ€t und großen Betten (180 x 200) sehr komfortabel. Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 4 unabhĂ€ngige und miteinander verbundene RĂ€ume (ideal fĂŒr mehrere Familien), in denen jedes Zimmer ĂŒber ein Bad oder ein individuelles Duschbad + WC und einen LCD-Bildschirm + DVD verfĂŒgt.
Ein Solarium mit Blick auf den Pool.
Ein Billardzimmer mit TV-Ecke ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den beheizten und sicheren Pool fĂŒr Kinder bietet einen Essbereich und einen Ruhebereich.
FĂŒr den Weber-Gasgrill steht eine Ecke zur VerfĂŒgung, die sich neben der Terrasse befindet. Eine WaschkĂŒche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein BĂŒgelbrett liegt dem BĂŒgeleisen bei. Föhn zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt.

Die VILLA befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Meer zwischen Nizza und Antibes, in der NĂ€he des Flughafens von Nizza. Ideal gelegen, weil Sie alles zu Fuß erledigen können: 800 Meter zu Fuß vom Strand, dem Hafen, GeschĂ€ften, Restaurants und Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Auto ist nicht erforderlich, um zu Fuß einkaufen zu gehen (ein Caddy ist verfĂŒgbar) und die Verkehrsmittel (Zug und Bus) sind in der NĂ€he.
Große Auswahl an Restaurants, hochwertigen GeschĂ€ften, lokalen MĂ€rkten und SupermĂ€rkten.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Cagnes-sur-Mer war absolut perfekt! Das Haus ist makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt, was sofort einen tollen Eindruck hinterlĂ€sst. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen – alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden, und noch darĂŒber hinaus. Die RĂ€ume sind großzĂŒgig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz, was den Aufenthalt Ă€ußerst komfortabel macht. Die Lage ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Umgebung und dennoch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu allem, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Gastgeber. Er war Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend, zuverlĂ€ssig und einfach extrem gastfreundlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Seine Tipps und Hilfestellungen haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub!

we had a beautiful stay in Caynes /s mer. The Villa had ALL the equipment as described in the announcement. In addition it had a perfect pool protection for our 2 kids aged below 2 years. All services ( railway station, bakery, supermarket... ) were in walking distance. for our next stay in the region we will rent this house again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, immaculate villa. The owner take great pride and care of this lovely and spacious home. Great location: 10 min walk to the supermarket and bakeries as well as good restaurants and the beach. The pool is heated, which we very much enjoyed as it was not that hot yet end of May. Nice and the airport are a 15 min drive away. The communication with the owner was always kind and swift. We highly recommend a stay.

Jean Luc, der Hausinhaber, ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und stehts fĂŒr das Wohl seiner GĂ€ste bemĂŒht. Das Haus ist ideal fĂŒr mehrere GĂ€ste, jeder hat seinen eigenen Hausteil, so kann man sich gut zurĂŒckziehen. Wir haben 14Tage in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Der EigentĂŒmer, Jean Luc, sehr nett und um seine GĂ€ste bemĂŒht. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Sehr gut um zu entspannen. Der Pool war auf 30 Grad beheizt und mit einem kindersicheren Zaun umgeben. Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet. Der KĂŒhlschrank sogar mit einem EiswĂŒrfel-Maker. Der Strand und viele Restaurants bzw der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar. Also insgesamt ein sehr gelunger Aufenthalt.

Wir befanden uns eine Woche zu sechst (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) in dem Haus von Jean Luc. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gerĂ€umig. Die Zimmer waren schön ausgestattet. Es gab BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher vor Ort. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Jean Luc selbst ist sehr nett und war jederzeit fĂŒr uns erreichbar und wollte, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Der Pool und der Weg zum Grill kann durch SchutztĂŒren geschlossen werden. Ebenfalls befinden sich in dem Haus Sicherungen vor den Treppen, so dass wir unsere Kinder beruhigt laufen lassen konnten. Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist herrlich und man hat auf dem GrundstĂŒck den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein. Schatten kann man sich gut durch die Markise oder einen extra Sonnenschirm machen. Vor Ort selbst ist alles da. Restaurants, Supermarkt usw. Die NĂ€he zu Nizza, Cannes usw. ist perfekt fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge. Egal ob man mit Kindern verreist oder nur Erwachsene, ich kann das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und wir schließen einen weiteren Besuch nicht aus. We stayed one week with 6 Persons (4 adults, 2 Toddler) in the house from Jean Luc. The house was very clean and has everything inside that you need. You have enough towels and linen there. The kitchen is huge and has everything inside you need. The stairs and the way to the pool and grill can be safed by doors so that the childrin could play there without any danger. Jean Luc is really nice and was allways available if we had need something.

8 adults used villa for 2 weeks. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a wonderful visit to cote d’Azur . Villa is 10 min walk from train station that enables day drips up and down the coast. Monte Carlo, Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, eze, St Paul de Vance, Antibes, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Menton are all “must see” and easily accessible. Ubers are easy too if train doesn’t take your fancy.Pool at Villa has nice jacuzzi feature and like the Villa, is spotlessly clean. Used the Bbq several times which also was excellent. Air conditioning in Villa is highly effective (thank goodness!).Host is very welcoming and always available for any questions etc.Absolutely recommend for families looking for a great week in a luxury villa.

Fabulous villa with exceptional space and facilities. We stayed for a week as a family of 6 adults. There was loads of space indoors and out and everything was of the highest standard. The pool was the perfect temperature and we used the games room daily. We didn’t want for anything and would love to return!

From the moment of contact with Jean luc 5 years ago, I could not wait for myself and family to visit his wonderful Villa in the South of France, the property is perfectly located, you really do not need to hire a car, as its a 10 minute walk to Cros des Cagnes Railway Station where you can take the regional TER train to places like Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche sur Mer and so on, Jean luc is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for him, if you do book this superb property, then you are in safe hands.

Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. We had a brilliant stay in this spacious and very well equipped villa. Jean Luc was lovely and showed us around on the day we arrived, providing all essential information and more. We couldn’t have asked for more other than to be allowed to stay another week! The villa was in a great location and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The heated pool was a perfect size and temperature. I would love to come back.

Family of 6 ( 4 adults, 2 young children) stayed here for a week in August. The villa is immaculate, and extremely spacious with a lovely pool area suitable for young children. The villa is in an excellent location, with supermarkets and easy access to the rail network and the beach. We didn’t need to hire a car as everything was in walking distance. We visited Monaco and Nice during the stay and even used uber to go a local water park, all very straightforward. Jean look is a fabulous host, extremely friendly and very helpful. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the villa on the day of check in, whilst the property was cleaned. This was a real bonus for us, especially having young children in our party. We also had a couple of minor breakages during the week due to the young children in our party, which Jean Luc was very understanding about. Overall I can’t thank Jean Luc enough for allowing us to rent his beautiful villa. We all had an amazing holiday and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you!

The property is a large villa with it's own pool and very well stocked with all the items we needed. The Owner met us when we arrived late morning and let us leave our bags for an hour while the cleaners finished up. He then provided the most comprehensive briefing I have had, so that we all felt at home right away. We had 4 adults and a 3 year old, and there was everything we could have asked for, including high chair, cot etc. The house is a bit of a maze, which allowed us to separate and my daughter's family was able to have their own floor. We had some minor breakages which the owner was very decent about. The location is good in a quite residential area, about 10 mins walk from the beach and coast road, which had some terrific restaurants. In August it was very hot and because traffic is often busy we walked everywhere, which was hot. We also took the nearby train to Nice on one occasion and Monte Carlo another - both very straightforward. Overall a terrific week. Thank you!

We first stayed at this villa in 2017 - bar the COVID year, we've been back every year since. Jean Luc is a very friendly and helpful host. Villa is about 12 mins from Nice airport by taxi - we ditched the hire car after year 1 as there's an Intermarche and a great bakery within 5 minutes walk & a nearby train station. Very quiet location. Fabulous air conditioning, pool worked well for our kids and, importantly, very few biting flies! Would highly recommend.

Family of six (4 teenagers) stayed here for a sunny week. Villa was spotless, very spacious, well stocked and excellent location with supermarket, restaurants, and train station all a short walk. Near Nice airport too, so no car hire needed. Lovely pool and outside patio but lovely indoor aircon when it all got a bit too hot out there! Jean Luc met us at check in to give us a tour of the house, but tbh everything was so well labelled that settling into the property was user friendly. BIg thumbs up form all of us.

Fantastic villa with a child-safe pool, and a super friendly, likeable and informative host. There were 8 of us in 3 generations - and everyone enjoyed themselves inside and outside. The pool was great and was good for cooling off and playing (we had 30 degrees every day). As other have written, we basically didn't use the car, as the train is only a 10-minutes’ walk away to Antibes, Nice, VilleFrance, Monaco, etc. In the same distance is a large supermarket with fresh products and a little bakery. To the beach, with a pleasant promenade, is 900 meters. The area feels very safe and is nice and quiet. Jean Luic recommended a delicious restaurant right by the beach for my wife's 60th birthday – a huge success. We have already talked about the fact that it probably cannot be surpassed, and we already have a new booking in mind.

We have just had an amazing stay in Jean LƱcs house in Cagnes sur Mer! He was the perfect host and welcomed us when we arrived, giving us a tour of the house. The house surpassed our expectations, in particular the outside space and pool. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of space and our family group of 7 were very comfortable, with lots of communal space. Jean LĂșc was very responsive to any queries or requests we had. We will definitely be back!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in deze geweldige villa. De communicatie van de eigenaar was uitstekend, inchecken eenvoudig, de locatie van de villa was ideaal voor uitstapjes vanaf het nabijgelegen treinstation en tal van voorzieningen in de buurt. De villa was zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden en had ook een aantal nuttige spullen voor kinderen - stoelverhogers, kinderstoel, reiswieg, badstoel enz. Het zwembad en de tuin waren erg schoon en de temperatuur van het zwembad was ideaal. We hebben ook genoten van het koken op de bbq! Wij raden het zeker aan!

Jean Luc greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour to explain the running of the house. We found the house to be pristine and spacious with great amenities such as the heated pool, plenty of outdoor seating and pool table. Close proximity to airport without the aircraft noise. Perfectly situated to access many destinations along the Riviera. Jean Luc has been contactable with quick responses throughout the booking process and during our stay. Thank you Jean Luc for what has been a very memorable holiday in your lovely house. We look forward to returning again.

Jean-Luc’s villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood but within walking distance of the sea front for all the bars, restaurants and beaches. Also a short walk to the local train station from which we could visit many places along the coast (Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes amongst others). The villa is stunning with a heated pool (cleaned each week) and with a spacious outside dinning area and a separate seating area that could be covered by the electric canopy - outside living at its best! The villa itself was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, was spotless inside and out, plus the air conditioning in every room was a god send for the hot summer nights. From booking through to our arrival and throughout our stay Jean-Luc was the perfect host doing everything to ensure we had an amazing 2 weeks. Thanks Jean-Luc for all the amazing tips of places to visit and restaurants to eat at and for your regular messages to make sure we were ok and for always being available if needed. We felt really looked after!! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay to experience the best the Cote D’Azur can offer.

We were a group of 8 ranging from 8 to 70. Jean Luc met us at the villa to explain how everything worked. The villa was very clean throughout and well equipped. Jean Luc is an accommodating, kind and communicative host. He was helpful and responsive before, during and after the stay. The amazing villa is a short walk from the train station and bus stops so there is no need for a car. It is possible to visit Nice, Monaco, Eze, Cannes, Menton and other places using public transport. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beach is around a ten-minute walk where restaurants and cafes can be found. The market is worth a visit and also within walking distance. There is a free bus to the old town which is one of the most beautiful medieval towns we have visited. The villa has large bedrooms with plenty of storage space each with a dedicated bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The heated pool is lovely and much appreciated for cooling off. Our children loved the pool table. Thank you, Jean Luc, for letting us stay at your fantastic villa; we all had an excellent holiday.

We came here with our three teenagers and their three friends. The villa is extremely well located and absolutely no need for a car. We visited Monte Carlo, Nice, Eze and Villefranche-Sur-Mer using the train. The Cros-De-Cannes train station is about 7 mins walk from the villa. The nearest supermarket is also only a few minutes walk. The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. It is also much larger than the pictures suggest. We had a HUGE amount of space. Jean-Luc, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive, both before our trip and during it. He couldn’t do enough to help. We will definitely return.

We had a great week at Jean Luc's property in Cagnes sur Mer the first week in July. We were my wife and I, my two children and their spouses, and my granddaughter. Jean Luc met us at the property and explained where everything was and how everything worked. It is obvious he takes great pride in his house -- everything was clean and in great shape. We used almost every appliance in the kitchen, plus the washer/dryer and the grill. All were excellent. Jean Luc was easy to reach by text or voice and was very responsive. The house is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple "communal" areas inside and out, so it is great to share with family or friends. And each couple got our own bedroom with king-sized bed and dedicated bathroom, so there was plenty of privacy if one desired. The air conditioning worked very well -- with units in each bedroom and throughout the house. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces. The ocean is a 15-minute walk and the town of Cagnes-sur-Mer has cafes, restaurants, patisseries, etc. There is a large supermarket that is even closer (in a slightly different direction). The main train line is ~ 10 minutes walk and will get you everywhere along the Riviera (note that there is a fairly steep set of steps, so we didn't use the train with our granddaughter). We were able to get Ubers when we needed them and thus, spent the week without renting a car. Jean Luc was a super host and his house was a great place for our vacation!

Great villa, great host and great location. The AC worked wonderfull and the outside area with the pool was beautiful. I can highly recommend the house.
