That is way we are surprised with your review. Ler me remind you that there is an option to book breakfast when you book a room, but you choose to have room only, for a price of 50 per night for two persons , which is very good price for 4 star hotel everywhere in the world. A good choice
New hotel on the last floor of an old building in a ugly street’ but very close to the center (3 min walk). The design is nice and pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. Good service.

Elevator going only till 3 floor but it is a 5 floor building, they laying about free parking and because of that I payed a ticket

You have to understand that the building is of historical significance, and this has limited us in expanding the elevator to reach all floors. However, we have ensured that our premium room guests enjoy direct access to their floor for added convenience. Our dedicated concierge service is also available to assist with luggage, making your journey to your room more pleasant.Regarding parking, we sincerely regret any miscommunication about the availability of free parking. Our free parking spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as we are located in the city center where there are limited parking places on the street. We typically do not receive complaints when guests choose to park with a charge, as the fee is around 35 cents an hour.We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we will work on improving our communication to avoid any future misunderstandings. Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again.

Al centro di Nis posto al terzo piano di un palazzo elegante. Camere confortevoli e soaziose. Personale accoglente e disponibile. Come tappa di viaggio dal rientro dalla Grecia è un ottima soluzione.

Nice, small, good service!
Staff is very nice and always there to help. We were given a free upgrade to a nice room. Rooms are clean and comfy, hotel was a little hard to find but it made it a fun adventure. Good location, was able to walk everywhere. Good stuff

Exceptionally clean. Very professional staff. Comfortable rooms. I had a possibility to see other rooms as all of them are different. Everything is exactly as it is shown on web page. It was a pleasure to stay there and when I am back to Nis I shall stay there again.

Otel Nis şehir merkezindedir. Personel iyi ve yardımcıydı. Covid tedbiri almaya çalışmışlar. Sadece otel ful halı döşemeden kaynaklandığını düşündüğüm bir koku vardı. Yeteri kadar havalandırılmamıştı. Ancak f/p oteli diyebilirim.

Die Lage ist top! Alles was man benötigt ist in der Nähe: Von der Einkaufsstraße bis zu den Anbindungen für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich - einfach toll! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Sollte einem etwas gefehlt haben, hat sich das Personal sofort darum gekümmert, ebenfalls um alle anderen Belange: Reservierungen, Taxi etc. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Snyggt och fint men 2 stora minus. Många trappor som man var tvungen att släpa upp sina väskor för själv då hissen inte går hela vägen upp. Det andra problemet var att avloppet luktade starkt i det superfina badrummet.

The Hotel is located very centrally, within walking distance to the pedestrian zone and the Fortress. The staff is extremely helpful and went way and beyond to make us feel welcome. If needed, they also offer help with your bags since you have to walk up a one flat of stairs.

2019年6月に2泊しました。ホテルは街の中心わかりやすい場所にあり便利です。 私はバスターミナルから20分くらいかけ歩いて行きました。 建物の玄関は閉まっているのでインターホン鳴らし開けてもらいます。エレベーターで3階まで登り、その後は自力で1階上がりドアを開けるとフロントです。 そこから部屋までは自力で階段を登ります。部屋数はとても少ないです。 部屋は十分広く、とてもキレイです。シャワーの水圧、空調等何も問題ありません。冷蔵庫と湯沸かしはありません。 セーフティ・ボックスもなくフロントに預けますが、チェックアウト時何も言わなくても渡してくれました。 フロント・スタッフも感じよく親切です。色々調べてもらいました。一つだけ情報の間違いはありましたけど。 朝食も6ユーロで頼みました。種類も多く、美味しかったです。総じて快適な宿泊でした。
