Das Zimmer war modern, super sauber und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war jeder stets aufmerksam und professionell. Das ganze Hotel wirkt frisch, gut organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Preis-Leistung ist top und wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können. "Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Sorrent. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Hotelmanagerin ist hier lobend zu erwähnen, die sich jeden Tag bei jedem Gast persönlich beim Frühstück erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise wurde man per Mail gefragt,ob man Fragen hat etc. So konnte man einen gut organisierten Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch nehmen. Auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen bekommt man Unterstützung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft. "
