When we arrived we first notice that the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned. My son spent 3 hours cleaning it before we could go in. Called the host but they did not come until Monday. We ran the dishwasher for the first time on Monday and it was broken, so we had to wash all our dishes by hand for the week. I mentioned it to one of the workers on Monday who was sitting in his truck, but he never came it to see what the problem was. Called the host but they only responded a couple of days later but the worker could not fix it, and said management would call, they never did. Tried lighting the gas grill, did not realized that the burner I was trying to light was broken. The kitchen stove had to be lighted with a gas flicker because none of the burners electronic ignition would work. One of the gas burners on the stove only worked halfway. We also found electrical plugs that would not work and the electric clothes dryer was not vented outside so it took a long time to dry our clothes. One of the bedrooms had no closet of anywhere to hang up clothes and not a tv in the room. I am very disappointed that VRBO would consider listing this place and charging so much. I feel you should refund us at least a day for this mess. We rented a house from VRBO for 8 days in Oahu and it was immaculate, and everything worked perfectly. I am hoping to hear from you soon before I pursue futher posting of this bad experience in Aruba.
