The location was great. It was about 600 steps to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean. We did use the grill and used the corn hole boards. Never had a chance to use the ping pong table. We had a chance to meet the owner when we checked out. He was very, very nice. I talked to him about other properties he owns in Aruba. I will be staying again!

Perfect Aruba Home Base for Families & Fun — Summer Villa Fun!We stayed at Summer Villa Fun at with two families and older teens, and it was absolutely perfect. This place truly delivered on everything we were hoping for—and then some.The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up for a big group. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and still hang out together. The private pool was a huge hit with the teens—morning swims, afternoon chill time, and late-night laughs made it a daily favorite.Location-wise, you honestly can’t beat it. We loved being able to walk to Palm Beach, plus having easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The teens had the freedom to explore safely, and the adults loved not needing a car for every outing. Everything felt convenient, lively, and yet still peaceful when it was time to wind down.It felt like the perfect balance of vacation vibes and comfort—close to all the action, but with a home that felt private, relaxing, and welcoming. Every single person in our group agreed this was one of our best family stays ever.If you’re traveling with multiple families and teens and want an unforgettable Aruba experience, Summer Villa Fun is the place to stay. We’d absolutely book it again and recommend it without hesitation!

Perfect location to celebrate a 40th birthday! We were walkable to downtown and the beach and approximately 5 minute drive to grocery store. Easy cab or 20 minute drive from airport. House was clean and updated with very comfortable beds. The private backyard was lovely and we all enjoyed the pool. Host was available and responsive for any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this property and visiting Aruba again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Aruba. It was the perfect setup for our family of five adults and two children. Everyone had their own bedroom, which gave us plenty of space and comfort.The house was very clean, well cared for and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and backyard were a highlight for both kids and adults, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to Palm Beach for restaurants, shops and the beach.Communication with the hosts was excellent and everything was exactly as described in the listing. It made our vacation smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The house was amazing. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! It truly is a short easy walk to downtown for restaurants, shopping & the beautiful Palm Beach. We had 10 adults staying for a week and had plenty of space for everyone and lots for everyone to do when not doing an excursion or hanging at the beach or shopping. The house was very clean and provided us everything we needed with a grill, dishes, laundry, pool, cornhole, ping pong, games, giant chess - you name it, the host provides it. TIP - If you shop for food to cook at the house only go to SUPER FOODS - do not waste your time (or money) with the stores closer to the house. The hosts were fantastic. They always responded quickly to any of my questions about the house & Aruba in general. We will definately recommend to others & will be repeat guests.

Perfect spot to enjoy Aruba

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house was perfect for a group of extended family of all ages. We loved the location, just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Rob and Nadine were responsive and helpful with our stay. We would absolutely look to stay here again in the future.

Palm Beach Aruba

This house was fantastic and was perfect for our group of 8. Would have still been great with up to 12 I believe. But the layout allowed all 4 couples to be comfortable and have space. An easy walk to Palm beach area as well. AC’s blew cold air which was refreshing and the backyard pool area was excellent. We look forward to rebooking this home in the future.

We had a fantastic time at Summer Sun Villa. The house layout is perfect for large groups. The location is great, 5min walk to the beach or the downtown area. House was clean and well stocked with all the basics. Definitely an easy recommendation.

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our group. Two families, each with a 19 yr old and 16 yr old for total of 8. Location is great with short walk to shopping/restaurant/beach area. We enjoyed the outdoor space when we were home. Rob and Nadine were quick to respond to any questions/issues that we had.

Amazing Trip

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids! The location is amazing and you can easily walk to the Palm beach strip for dinner! We will certainly be booking this again! Rob and Nadine were so helpful leading up to our to too! Always so responsive and answered all my questions! The house was poorest while there so we didn’t need them for anything during our stay! We can’t wait to go back!

We were on a girls trip and this house did not disappoint! Exactly as described. Great location!!! Hosts were wonderful and always quick to respond to any questions. Family Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our families with older kids and exactly as described in the pictures. If you want a break from the pool and lovely outdoor space- it’s an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rob and Nadine were super responsive and put a lot of love into making their home a great getaway place.

Aruban Anniversary/Christmas Vacation

Pros: Villa was very clean and stocked well with hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Appreciated supply of beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Both indoor and outdoor tables accommodated our large group for meals. Within walking distance of Palm Beach, restaurants, bars, and casinos. Our party of 10 each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The detached rooms were perfect for teens. The pool and spa were very nice including the beach chairs. Grill came in very handy for our large group for meals. The onsite parking in front of the house was very convenient. Cons: Communication with Nadine and Rob – not very responsive on VRBO but was through WhatsApp. Need additional seating in the living room for larger groups. Only accommodates a maximum of 4 individuals. Outdoor seating needs to be updated, cushions are very faded, thin, and uncomfortable. The outdoor swing rope was frayed and is a safety hazard. Lots of chlorine in the pool, swimsuits faded due to the level. There was no basketball hoop as shown in the pool photo. Our kids were very disappointed. Needs to be at least one additional blanket in each room for use. One outdoor ceiling fan light fixture was broken and was not operating properly. The front (fish on wall) bedroom dresser came away from the wall when drawers were open and is a safety hazard. The toilet in this room also makes a high-pitched squealing noise when the shutoff value is fully open.

Aruban vacation

The property was great! Looked just as it was listed and was so clean. Communication with Nadine and Rob was easy and they responded so quickly. Property was so close to bars and restaurants. Overall was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Clean large house made for a wonderful vacation

We were a group of 7 from 12 years old to 70's and there was more than enough room. The house was spotless and looked like everything was brand new. Roku tvs in each room were a nice touch and the wifi service was good. It is a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants in Palm Beach. The house comes with a ton of beach chairs and floats. There are 6 king size beds. 2 of the rooms are detached and have their own outside entrances, so this is prefect for anyone needing privacy. We messaged the owner twoce about 2 very minor things and he replied within 5 minutes, the communication was excelllent and he checked in to see if we needed anything. The backyard has a njce pool, lounge chairs and a grill. We definitely recommend this property.
