The resort is great! The beach is the best of all the high rise resorts, in a perfect location, Only a few feet across the street from popular dining and entertainment. I will definitely go back.

L’hôtel est tout simplement incroyable, la vue de notre chambre sur la mer magnifique et le personnel est ultra sympathique, poli et toujours prêt à nous servir! We loved our stay at the Westerly! The room was extremely clean with brand new features. The daily cleaning of the room was great and there was so much attention to detail. From the chair covers on the beach to the wire cable organizers to the checkout treat, everything at the Westerly was fantastic!

This hotel was amazing. 11/10 stars!!! Everything about it was exactly what we hoped for. Beautiful brand new building, lovely refreshing space and decor. We had an ocean view king and the view was perfection!! The balcony was so big with a couch and small table w 2 chairs it felt like a bonus room. Lovely for coffee in the morning. The coffee maker also extra special - Lavazza w espresso and nice real mugs! The room also provided luxurious robes and slippers. Gorgeous bathroom with large vanity and double sinks, separate shower and toilet. The staff was amazing so friendly and always going above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to utilize the concierge they made everything so easy!! They helped coordinate a lot for me when I reached out about my daughter having dietary restrictions. Barbara at the front desk was so sweet and amazing and went above and beyond several times for us during our stay. The pool is lovely and the beach is gorgeous - I love that you can reserve palypas ahead of time on app or thru concierge. I’ve stayed other places where you had to rush out at 6am to secure a spot. This was nothing like that and felt very luxurious and relaxing and was the best vacation in a long time. The sunset grill steak dinner was 10/10 delicious and we saw the best sunset there!!! I’ve recommended this hotel to many friends already! Can’t wait to come back.

Staying at the Westerly made our Aruba experience unforgettable for sure. The staff is amazing and super accommodating and from what I saw throughout the rest of the resort the same could be said outside the Westerly tower. The new tower is gorgeous inside and out. We stayed in the king swim up room and were positioned in the middle on the pool side of resort and it was heavenly and convenient. Walk out straight to a pool shared by I believe 8 other rooms still felt as if it were our personal pool. Even though there were other guests we only shared the pool once with our neighbor for all of 30min of the many hours my wife I spent using it. I was concerned I would miss being higher up for the beach and resort views but all that was forgotten about spending the week walking from our room straight into cooling off from the beach or off resort adventure. We didn’t add any meal plans as my wife and I aren’t huge eaters but upon arriving to check in we were informed that we could add on the Terrace on 10 rooftop access with full service breakfast bar and menu served lunches with all you can drink specialty drinks and beers. The food was Amazing especially the lunches that were beautifully prepared and presented. No dinner service but they serve amazing small bites while having drinks during sunsets. The Staff on the Terrace were incredible. Ishaq, Cindy, Zionn, and Remee made the rooftop experience a one of a kind. Hilton is a beautiful resort! Concierge Robert, amazing.

This hotel provided everything you need! The Aruba Aloe line was great, we only packed a carry on so it was awesome that good products are provided. The gym was fantastic - it had everything we needed and more. The gym had big windows facing the beach/ocean. We wish the “Westerly” tower had more “exclusivity”, the beach chairs had no padding, it was plastic pieces going horizontally and it would hurt after a while - we would layer blankets. The ends have very hazardous metal, we hit our toes and shins so many times. The tower wasn’t fully done, but I’m sure it will be nice one all is complete. I loved that everything was new since it was just built this year. ONE MORE THING.. the pillows are absolutely the worst, they fold like a crepe, I went from using one pillow to using 3 cause they would just go flat, but the bed was comfy.

The concierge didn’t work as planned. Every time we call from our room for some kind of service they never picked up the phone. They were nice people, just never available. We were there within the first two weeks they opened so perhaps that was the issue. Room service was terrible. Not the actual service but the food. Shrimp was hard like a rock (as it if was cooked and then warmed up again before serving so it was actually a rock), they forgot condiments but the room service attendants were very nice actually. The people who worked in the reception were useless. Housekeeping was great! The lady who took care of our room did a fantastic job. We had a swim out pool in our bedroom and the construction next door at Riu truly made it awful for a westerly because you hear machines all day in the pool. I know that’s out of their control but just putting it out there. We won’t be going back to Westerly or recommend it to anyone because it didn’t feel like Aruba’s happy island environment, but we will definitely be back to one of our favorite places that I can actually recommend like The Ritz, The Hyatt or even Riu thag is getting a renovation now.

I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late because HE was late reporting to his JOB. We had a tour to get to by 9am, we were told the rental desk opens at 8:30, we waited till 8:45 and he still was not there. We had to take a taxi to our tour because he wasn’t there to renew our rental and we had a half hour drive ahead of us. He got irritated with us and insisted he was going to charge us for an extra day because we returned the car 3 hours late. Um hello, sir…you were late to work! We were unable to return the car earlier than on time to you. But anyways, that was the only negative experience. Everything else was amazing. I’m already looking at dates and prices to book our next trip here!

The Westerly amazing, would absolutely return. The property is beautiful, clean, & the staff was friendly. I booked The Westerly because I understood it to be the adults-only hotel within the Hilton resort, including aduly only pool. I was surprised to find children in those areas, clearer communication before booking would be helpful. A few activities I booked before arrival were not on schedule upon arrival. I shared I was celebrating my 40th birthday, there wasn’t any acknowledgment, which was disappointing. The ability to order room service online & lower the AC below 68°F would improve the experience. Terrace on 10 was a highlight. The food, portions, & service were excellent. Considering the price of The Westerly, access to Terrace on 10 should be included. A posted schedule with breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and service hours would be helpful. I’ve worked in luxury hospitality for over 20 years, & it’s the small details that create memorable experiences. The Westerly has a luxury foundation, but touches like a birthday treat, handwritten note, premium minibar snacks in room already, cute treats left in room daily, updated activity schedules, & proactive follow-up on guest requests could truly set it apart. These suggestions wouldnt deter me from highly recommending The Westerly. I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I offer suggestions because of my luxury background & thoughtful enhancements could elevate an already wonderful property into an exceptional luxury experience.

We loved our stay at The Westerly Hilton Aruba. Upon arrival we were given a complementary Westerly beach bag along with sunscreen and aloe. We were also given two complementary refillable water bottles. This was super helpful as there are water stations all across the resort. The room was beautiful, and the balconies were spacious. We spent one day on the adult-only rooftop patio at the Westerly. It included a buffet breakfast, lunch, and unlimited alcoholic drinks. We were given two vouchers to the roof rooftop patio and decided that it would be nice to take advantage of the quiet space and the gorgeous views of Palm Beach. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The regular price to visit the rooftop is US$150 per person. We thought US$300 for two people was pricey so we only visited the rooftop once. The only disappointing part of this resort is that there is a charge of US$72 per day to get a palapa and two chairs on the beach. Without a palapa, it’s impossible to stay in the sun all day. After spending a fortune on the hotel, it would’ve been nice to have beach chairs and a palapa included. Overall we had an amazing stay and will be back again!
