« This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. « The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area »

« Great place for the price... There is a 2nd floor apt that was occupied for 1/2 of my stay. There were times that is was very loud above me in the middle of the night (3am) which was unfortunate.. perhaps some rugs to muffle the loud walking/dropping things? It was obvious that there was a small child in the family staying at the same time as me. Totally fine... these are the things we can't control in life!! In summary... 600 for a week stay... can't beat it. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at The Penthouse. It was comfortable and clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars overall is because it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Fortunately the young teens could carry up all of our bags! We all loved the evenings on the Penthouse Rooftop. Being one block off of Main Street, we felt safe. »
