Kick Back and Breakfast were fantastic-the staff handled everything very well...they are to be commended for putting up with rude people. Just one note: there were shirtless kids in the food line and eating area at the Kick Back who had obviously came straight from the pool. I think this is unsanitary and should have been addressed by staff. Overall we are 100% satisfied with our stay.“

„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“
