« Great home base for a 3-night trip to Colorado Springs. Amazing view & adorable bunnies hopping around. Clean hot tub, perfect for relaxation after hiking. Comfortable bed. « Communication was great, all questions answered promptly. Very clean, nice amenities coffee, fresh flowers, snacks, laundry even though we did not use, white noise machine, tower fan. Great view of Pikes peak and location was great for lots points of interest. Close to grocery store, Walmart, Costco, breweries and restaurants. « All went well. The entrance along the side of the house was a little funky. Big rounded gravel and chunks of weeds on your way down. The furniture outside the entrance was dirty and not suitable for sitting . Better not to have anything then to display something you can’t sit on. The family upstairs had been cooking broccoli or brussels sprouts and the smell was very strong in the bedroom when I came home one evening.
