« The host is a vacation rental company. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and seemed to be fairly new on the inside. Directions on how to use the coffee maker and garbage disposal would have been nice. Remote controls and garbage disposal batteries needed replacing. The manager ordered and sent us batteries. There weren't any napkins, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, cooking spices or olive oil. Only 4 forks and spoons. a few more knives. There was a playpen with toys and...

Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host! »

« We loved the unit and the amenities are amazing. The host was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. The trains near us didn't bother us at all. « Awkward, tight layout. When table is open the fridge can only be opened part way. Have to stand on a padded footstool to reach pots or pans. Also very hard to reach glasses/dishes. Thermostat is next to only window so sleep temp is very hard to control as it's 67 even with the heat off. Bed is comfortable. Resort shuttle is very good and free. Ski valet is very good and boot locker room. No way could more than 2 people fit though. Only place to store suitcases was up high above the closets. ...
