« We loved our time in Greenville and this was a wonderful place to stay. Located near all kinds of things to do in Greenville, we walked everywhere. The condo was really clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The only negative I could say about the place is hearing people in their cars at night. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay. »

« The property was very clean and orderly. Plenty of room for a family of 4. While we stayed for only 2 nights, we would have enjoyed the property for a longer period of time. The kitchen was nicely stocked for any duration of stay. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We used the washer and dryer-very nice quality. Property was also aesthetically pleasing. « Space was very pleasant and accommodating for us. Had a slight issue with the key fob but the property manager was super responsive and fixed it quickly. Location was neat with a pizza joint & brewery essentially attached to the loft apartments. Would book again and recommend for a small family or couple »

« The duplex was clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom.Our only issues were that it was in a neighborhood where dogs were loose. There was no sidewalk so we had to walk on the very narrow street. There is nothing really close or easy to go to walking as the property description said. The area is very dark and it did not make me feel safe to walk after dark. It is a quiet neighborhood but pretty run down. « Was in town for job interview and looking for houses. Wanted a place downtown that gave me an opportunity to get a good feel for the Greenville community. This place was amazing!!! Close to great bars and restaurants! Lots happening downtown and I got a front row seat. If you are traveling to Greenville, definitely consider this location. The hosts were prompt and friendly. »

« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »

« The location was perfect. Close to parking garage and right in the heart of downtown. Saturday market was just outside our door. Restaurants and entertainment within a short walking distance. Lounging on the balcony with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Well stocked condo and super comfy. Highly recommend! »

« Our stay to visit family was great!! The place was perfect for what we needed. The updates made the place homey and welcoming! The place was tiny but big if you know what I mean. It had everything we needed such as laundry area and full kitchen. Definitely would recommend!! »

"The reservation was made and paid via Expedia (Travel ID: 73069063511035, Confirmation numbers: 40898125 and 40896993). However, I have noticed two additional charges on my Visa card: • $163.70 on April 11th (for breakfasts, etc.) • $40.00 on April 15th At check-out, I was informed that I would receive an invoice via Expedia. This is incorrect, as you charged me directly. I requested several time a detailed invoice for these additional charges so that I can submit it to my company for reimbursement. I never got any answer !!! "
