« We stayed in the champagne tub room with the heart shaped pool. Loved it! Plenty of space and very romantic room. We stayed 2 nights and never left the property. We attended a comedy show and a magic show both entertaining. We took a boat ride, played in the arcade, played mini golf and bowled. We did trivia and won. The deer and other wildlife around were adorable. Breakfast was good but dinner was amazing. One of the best steaks I've ever had. We truly had a memorable time. »

« After a long stressful drive, my arrival was warmly greeted and easy. The classic old school hotel set up was a nice change from the usual cookie cutter style. Every creak of the stairs had character (no elevator). The room was surprisingly spacious with an unexpected fireplace and large sitting area. « The room smelled, the walls are dirty, dead bugs everywhere and the sink water came out yellow. The air conditioner was good and the hot water. It’s okay for one night, if you’re looking for an affordable place but be sure to bring towels and sheets »

« Website is not how property shows in real life. Exterior of property needs updating as well as property grounds. Rooms interior are updated but common areas are still dated. Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Food is average and highly priced. Lake is not clear and was told by locals they do not swim in it. Staff was friendly and accommodating but accommodations and property were very average grade. »
