« Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !)
This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on.
Plus, I donât recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...

« We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. »
