« Upon arrival today, both rooms had absolutely filthy sheets, stains everywhere, on all covers, on every layer. There was also a broken stair that caused one of our employees to slip and cause damage to our sensitive equipment. Checked out immediately and went to a real hotel. Refund for this room is pending. Will pursue legal action - and removal from Expedia - until the second hotel is also paid for. »

« When got there power wasn’t working in room. I booked two queen beds and got two full beds with not even a foot between beds to move around. It was very small. Along with the shower was not clean. Staff was nice but not in a hurry to come look at the power. »
