« Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front deskâthey refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. « We stayed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was spectacular! We had planned on checking in then walking to eat at Mahogany Steakhouse, but a bad storm rolled in. We decided to try out the restaurant attached to the Skirvin called Perle Mesta, and it was AMAZING! Drinks, appetizers, entrees- all of them were drool worthy! So happy we decided to stay put, and they even had an ice cream store open til 11pm! Like a little resort in downtown OKC. We canât wait to stay here again! »
