« We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. « Our family of 4 spent 1 night @ OKANA. We arrived @ noon & stored our luggage @ the concierge desk while we went to enjoy the indoor & outdoor waterparks til our room is ready @ 4pm. I only gave 4/5 stars bc our bathroom only has a light sensor so when we're taking a shower the light will turn off on its own. You'll need someone to wave their hand on the light sensor to turn it on. Also there's a complimentary parking but it's limited spaces if not there have a covered parking garage for...
