You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank. »

« The room is steps from the beach, true. The path to the beach is through other's property and is littered with their stuff. The room is also steps from a busy road. The room is very small, and while cooled by the window unit, is still humid and very much like a basement. There is no way to get fresh air into the space. The kitchen is hot because the refrigerator and hot water heater(!) take up much of the space and all of the air in the room. Both large appliances are plugged into the wall...
