Hotels nahe Norfolk Botanical Garden (Norfolk)

„Staff was great 👍“

„The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.“

„The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you.“

„Awesome“

„Great place to stay for a good price“

The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If ...
