Laura and Ian provided everything you need in a nice property, along with all the details and guidance you need to plan your stay and activities. It was a lovely stay, although weather wasn't that great, but we all really loved our holidays and the lovely property. We will plan our stay there soon. »

« Excellent location 15 mins walk into cromer ( by road) there are steps to the beach. You need to be fit to use them as there are over 200! Nice large grassed play area for kids with swings etc. It took us about 30 mins to walk to overstrand »

« Nicely decorated. We were only 2 people. I think lounge seating would not have been spacious enough for 4 »

« We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us. »

« This chalet had everything we needed for a great week at the broads area. Booking was very easy as Sandra was very prompt also in answering any questions we had. There is a well stocked shop & post office within 2 mins walk also a very good fish shop within 5 min walk. We would definitely visit again next year. »

« Good but in cold or rainy weather gets damp inside. Only one heater. But comfortable and tidy. Close to beach, would stay again but maybe in earlier months. »

« We had a very good holiday, relaxing and quiet. The van is basic but clean and works well. I find the vans a bit too close to each other and the lack of any view a bit disappointing. But on the whole, we had a very good time and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. »
