This single-story home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with no stairs to navigate.



Please note that this is an older home, and with that comes some of the character and quirks typical of properties from this era. You may notice features such as single-pane windows, window air-conditioning units, and older plumbing fixtures. Everything functions as intended, but if you're seeking a brand-new luxury property, this may not be the right fit.



We take pride in offering an authentic waterfront experience and hope you'll enjoy this step back to simpler times. Some closet doors show their age, and because of our waterfront location, the occasional insect may make an appearance. These are simply part of life along the bay and do not detract from the beauty of the setting.
