« Do yourself a favor and skip this property.The host started off reasonably enough — responsive to check-in questions via the VRBO app — but that quickly fell apart. When I requested a modest 30-minute extension on checkout (11:30 instead of 11:00), he stonewalled me repeatedly, acting as though it was a massive imposition.
