« The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

« Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great. »
