« Everything was met my expectations. »

« We were disappointed in the pool. It said it was heated but was cold. The table light next to the bed was missing and was never replaced after requesting it. Also there were no towels. »

« Room was freezing when we got in heat wasn't working in the bathroom at all. Bed had dirty blankets the extra sofa chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean. One positive thing I can say is the staff is very friendly and kind. »

Before you can even get out of the entryway and into the lobby, there’s a window with an opening at the bottom just big enough to slide papers under.
