« Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We received no check-in instructions and had no idea where to go upon arrival. A man washing a car in the driveway (not the host) directed us down a side yard and into a basement unit (never mentioned in the listing). There was no cell service, so we had to stand outside just to contact the host.The keypad lock didn’t work, and after multiple messages, the host told us not to worry because “the caretaker would make sure no one goes in.” This...

« The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul. »

« Perfect for a weekend beach getaway. Very small but accurately portrayed in the pictures. It was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. »

« So close to a peaceful lovely beach. Walking distance to food and even a synagogue!The bed was very comfortable and big. I enjoyed having coffee in my room before heading out to the beach. »

« The place is very nice, a lot of stairs for us, but we rallied. No TV was odd, but not a problem. We had a bit of a paranormal incident, it did give us pause, but didn’t let it scare us away. »
