« We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...

« We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun. »

« Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. »

« House was in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk if you need to. Quick drives to food and golf. Was a bit of a drive to the beach but getting around is fairly easy in this area. Place had a hot tub and a small patio to soak up the sun. House was clean and host was very receptive to messages. Thanks for the great stay!! »

« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »
